I had a apple fritter which was way to heavy and was soaked in oil from frying but my donut holes were good, they were light and fluffy.

I happened to glance over and saw this little gem in the middle of a strip across the street. It just so happens to share the name of my sister in law. So I originally was going just for the novelty. Low and behold.... It's 5 stars, are worth it. I sauntered into a busy little waiting area. The place was hoppin'. I wasn't starving, but needed a snacko. I went with a solid staple of all day foods, a sausage jalapeno and cheese kolache. The bread looked tantalizing, and I was right. It was. But here's the real winner.... I wanted a raspberry filled donut. There were none to be found in the counter. So I asked, and they didn't skip a beat, and said yes. How did they make one appear, you may ask... Well, they asked me to select from a couple donuts (unfilled). And they took it in the back and filled it! It was amazing! The jelly ratio was everything I dreamed of. Almost bursting with raspberry deliciousness. Soooo good. I also purchased a glazed old fashioned donut, also really good. The staff were super friendly. I believe the owner was working the kitchen. They brought everyone's order out to the front. Excellent service. Worth every star.
