Prior to moving to Frisco, I did EXTENSIVE research and gathered ALOT of feedback from other local Moms on the best dentist in the area. All of them said Texas Tiny Teeth!!! I love that there's an Ortho section also so transitioning won't be tough bc we already know braces are in our future $$$ Today was our first visit and although there was a ton of anxiety for our daughter coming to a new place with new faces, our assistant Jessi was a BLESSING. She has to be the most SWEETEST, CALM, KIND and GENTLE dental assistant we've ever had. She made a scary situation for our daughter a pleasant one. She kept her cool, when I was losing mine. Thanks Jessi! We're used to having a private room and it was my fault I didn't book one. Dr. Slaughter was very informative and very transparent with what we needed to do for our next dental appointment. He took the time to answer any questions I had and I appreciate a doctor that isn't rushing you. Thank you Texas Tiny Teeth for welcoming us!!

I initially reviewed this office years ago. That review is below. Now, my sentiments are not…read morepositive. For years we have thoroughly enjoyed this practice. We did go through two main dentists over the 4 year span, but Dr McCray was amazing. Fast forward to my last 2 visits since our last doctor left and it has been horrible. The wait times are ridiculous. Recently we waited over 45 mins from X-rays and initial exam / cleaning for the dentist to come and do her final inspection. Just sitting, in the open area. No walls or doors, whereas they used to always put us in a room because I have multiples and they can get fidgety. She showed no urgency at all, and stopped to see other patients that were later arrivals than me and my kids. We were told at least 3 times that it would be 5-10 mins more, and it was not the case. I am saddened because this is the only dentist office my kids have seen, and up until a year ago it was amazing. Now, I do not recommend you coming here, if you value your time or customer service. I have started the process to locate a better fit for me and my kids. Use this practice at your own risk...

The good is that they have toys and kids shows in the waiting room. I don't know how good the…read moredentist is yet. But I can tell you the office experience has been awful. Upon arrival they gave me an iPad with 10 forms per kid to fill out (I have a 2 year old with me). This is something I should have been able to do at home before but I was never informed of this. If you can I highly recommend doing that! The first time I brought my kids to the appointment they told me they hadn't verified my insurance and I would have to do cash pay or reschedule. The blame was pushed onto me because they had called me the day before to get the insurance ID but I was at the doctor and couldn't do it at that time. They NEVER told me that my appointment would need to be rescheduled if they couldn't get the info, and they made ZERO other attempts to contact me. Now we have waited an hour to be seen. The waiting room is full of people and children and our appointment was an hour ago. They really need to fix the way they are running things up front.

I've been bringing my daughter to this clinic for over five years, and the back office staff and…read moredoctors have always been kind, patient, and professional. Unfortunately, I will no longer be returning due to repeated issues with the front office recently, specifically with Juanita. During my last visit, I paid out of pocket because the front desk staff couldn't verify my insurance. Later, my insurance did cover the visit, and I had to obtain reimbursement on my own. When my daughter needed treatment, Juanita scheduled it a month out, saying it was because of my "insurance" despite the pain my daughter was in. Over time, my interactions with Juanita have consistently been unpleasant. She is often rude, dismissive, and lacks empathy. At our last visit, she greeted us with a smirk, did not acknowledge us properly, and seemed to recognize us only because of the prior insurance issue. She even made comments about how difficult my insurance was to work with and implied it was somehow my fault. The last conversation I had with her was particularly unprofessional -- she was confrontational, and I had to ask her multiple times to watch her tone. After years of trusting this clinic, it's very disappointing that the actions of one front office staff member have driven us to find care elsewhere. I truly hope management- Paula addresses this behavior so that other families don't experience the same disrespect.
