I've never been inside of this establishment and I have no idea what it looks like, but I've come to know there drive-through well. When you arrive at the drive-through, just slow down. They want you to scan the QR code posted along the drive-through walls and review the menu before you pull up to the window. This keeps the line moving and flowing so everyone knows what they want and have it figured out by the time you're able to place an order. Take the hint. I love that the menu has pictures and descriptions. Their menu has an impressive variety of shaved ice flavors, specialty creations, and add-ons, so there's something for everyone no matter what you're craving. The customer service is always excellent. The staff is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. If you're looking for a refreshing treat with great service and plenty of options to choose from, Texas Shaved Ice Express is my recommendation. Don't forget to get a stamp sheet for points and free treats.

I ordered the Oolong Milk Tea with boba and 25% sugar. They nailed the sugar level perfectly, it was slightly sweet but not too sweet. The tapioca consistency was very good, it was chewy and had good texture. There's many tables and seating options inside, it's very spacious in there. I tried my friend's Thai Green Tea and that was very delicious as well. If somehow I'm back in the area again, I'd have to try their popcorn chicken too because it seems to be very popular and tasty. Anyways, I highly recommend this place and I look forward to the next time I'll be back. I was far from disappointed, you can't go wrong with coming here.

You literally have to backup after reading the menu and make a wide sharp turn to pull up to the window. The first time I tried to go through the drive-thru I gave up, parked and went inside. Soooo yeah. Inside is super cute, lots of bright colors, clean tables and fun displays. Definitely geared towards kids and family. Highly recommend for a cute family outing or Mommy/Daddy and me time with your kiddo. Prices seem fare, portion is huge. I'd size down unless you really have a sweet tooth. We never finish it. Ordering is simple and the wait is minimal. The teenagers inside are nice and move quickly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because on both occasions there were out of a flavor on the menu and their drive-thru. I'm decisive in general so it's disappointing when I can't get what I carefully selected. Overall the experience was nice, my kid was entertained and we'll be back.
