Dr Devin Quiroz has took the time to actually listen to me being I'm a long way from home He has addressed every concern on mine gave referrals and actually saw the referrals three for me.He sat down and broke down with words and drawings of my conditions that he is aware of so that I clearly understood whats going on with my body which actually made me cry happy tears it's been over a year of my care being else where and no results. He also retested for current status . The Pasadena staff at MyCHN is very loving and caring you get smile understanding concern and getting to n threw your referrals at the front desk with Mary I mean very helpful She made all the calls very nice and professional she went above and beyond for me I was calling the call center and she got threw to them for me on her end which help me not to be on hold for hour. The MA I believe Leana also nice loving caring also went above n beyond just getting my weight n vitals she patiently just listened to me vent apparently seeing what I'm going threw.I know I can be a handful my anxiety depression confusion hurt n grief from losing my husband and being wo bout my health causes me to be all over the place and not once did I get a bad rush hard breath vibe from her she was teary eyed . I Thank you all at MyCHN Pasadena.its the beginning of me finding out what's going on also getting the care I need to feel normal again n I'm grateful and appreciate all you all off done in such a short amount of time Y'all Rock in the Best Way.....

My friend has been taking her baby girl to this clinic since she was born and has had a great…read moreexperience each time, so this review is 3 stars because I don't want someone just glancing at the rating to think Dr Bejarano isn't good. He gets 5 stars. However, the nurse practitioner who "helped" her daughter yesterday deserves less than one star. I'm going to refer to my friend's daughter as Jane because I don't want to disclose her real name. Anyhow, Jane had been dealing with a terrible cough and lots of congestion for a few days and my friend took her to this office to get some meds for her. After waiting the usual ridiculous amount of time it normally takes in a doctor's waiting room, Jane was called to the back. Unfortunately, the doc was out and a nurse practitioner had to take his place for the day. She checked Jane's throat and ears and.... Well...that was it. Keep in mind that my friend doesn't even live in Pasadena, so she drove all the way over there to wait forever just to have an appointment that lasted less than 2 minutes. The practitioner told her that Jane was fine and that they could leave. That would have been great news if It wasn't obvious to even a blind person that Jane was ill. Today, Jane was seen at another doctor's office and we found out she has an ear infection. How did the nurse practitioner not notice any inflammation yesterday?!?! She was given an antibiotic and also some meds for her congestion. Had Jane's mom trusted the nurse practitioner at this office, only God knows how bad her ear infection would have gotten.
