The colors, the florals, candles, dancfloor, the way everything was arranged -- it felt like Dipti and the Mandap team somehow knew exactly what was in my heart. Dipti is an artist, truly. She is calm, thoughtful, solution-oriented, and such a dream to work with. We changed venues midway through planning and she didn't just adapt -- she elevated everything we originally envisioned. I gave her creative freedom because I trusted her eye, and that was the best decision I made. She looked at our outfits and offered ideas on how to create contrast and vibe while keeping it authentically "us." Everything they setup was my favorite and all of the details, like I said speechless. As two business owners, we really appreciated not having to sit through countless meetings. Every conversation we did have with Dipti and the team was purposeful, easy, and honestly joyful. They gave us space to make the big decisions, while gently guiding us when we needed it. We are forever grateful for the magic you created. Thank you to the entire Mandap team -- we can't wait to work with you again for the next celebration in our lives!

We had a traditional Indian wedding with a touch of Texas flair, and over the course of five different events--each with its own theme--she brought every vision to life. From our Bridgerton-inspired Mehndi and Flower Market Vidhi, to a Midsummer Night's Dream Sangeet, a Lotus-themed Wedding, and finally our Boots & Sari Texas Ball Reception, every detail was breathtaking. Each event felt unique, magical, and unforgettable. One of the most special moments was during our wedding ceremony. Dipti went above and beyond to find real lotus flowers in honor of my grandmother. Walking down the aisle surrounded by them brought me to tears and made me feel as though she was right there with me. That level of thoughtfulness and care is something we will cherish forever. Dipti will always have backup plans on top of backup plans--something every anxious bride needs! When it rained during our Vidhi, she transformed my parents' garage into an absolute dream. She truly thinks of everything and handles challenges with so much grace and creativity. Our reception décor is still the talk of our guests! Dipti brought my vision of a grand Texas ball to life--complete with a custom Texas Wedding Seal dance floor and without a single hay bale in sight. It was elegant, vibrant, and everything we could have hoped for. If you are looking for someone who will pour creativity, passion, and heart into your wedding, we cannot recommend Mandap Creations enough.

Lindsy played an INTEGRAL part in every phase of our wedding coordination - from budget/cost/contract management, vendor meetings, design support and timeline planning, to frequent conference calls, to-do list updates, tastings and errand running... Lindsy became my trusted adviser, confidante, manager and friend throughout the planning process. Our wedding would never have been as successful or perfect as it was without her help. Lindsy had a special way of turning the emotional and time-consuming parts of wedding planning into a fun and manageable activity for me, my fiance and family. She consistently went above above and beyond, made herself available 24x7 (literally) via text, phone, email and in-person meetings, and expertly managed some of of our more 'complicated' situations. Last minute changes? No problem. Tricky requests? Consider it done. Nothing daunted her. I would HIGHLY recommend Lindsy to anyone planning a special event. Her rates are incredibly reasonable, given just how dedicated she is to her clients. She'll take the time to make sure she understands EXACTLY what you want, how you want it, what you're willing to pay to make it happen and executes the plan beautifully.

I have met and worked with so many coordinators, which is the part I least like about doing weddings. They are typically fussy and frazzled the day of, and particularly unpleasant to work with leading up to. Lindsy is polite, hard-working and detail-oriented. She keeps things flowing without freaking out when something unexpected pops up. Perhaps that is because her attention to detail has prevented ANYTHING from being overlooked. I recently recommended her to a friend to use for her wedding. I worked the day of doing hair, but I also had the pleasure of attending the ceremony and reception. It was exquisite! The bride kept thanking me over and over for introducing her to Lindsy throughout the process. I could go on and on, but I will leave you with... She is simply the very best! And PLEASE, if you hire me...I only want to work with Lindsy Steinberg!!! :)

I wanted to make my daughter's first birthday as special as possible and Nicholle understood my vision 1000%! I contacted other vendors but some were priced higher, some didn't understand how important the right color was to the theme. She's also a new mom to a baby and understands how special this was for me and did her absolute best on the project. I asked for a Berry theme and she even made paper machê strawberries to add to the ballon arch. My guests all commented on how real the strawberries looked. Most backdrops are made of flimsy materials but Nicholle made a custom wood arch for my party. She really put her heart into it and it shows!
