The doctor I'm seeing seems really good, but trying to work with this office has been nothing short of a total nightmare. I can't imagine treating clients the way they do for ANY service, let alone services that could totally impact your life. They're short-staffed, which I get, but my experience has been APPALLING. They canceled my appointment twice, and gave me no priority in rescheduling me. Cut to TWO MONTHS later, I finally have my appointment where I'm trying to find out if I have something cancerous or not... that appt started over 1/2 hour late (no apology from anyone on this) and I was told that the scheduler would reach out to me immediately to schedule my surgery. I've been putting off travel to go take care of my sick mother while TXBS gets their act together. Guess what, they could care less how they are impacting my and my family's life. After not hearing from the scheduler (who was supposed to be calling ME) after a few days, I started reaching out. THREE WEEKS and FOUR voicemails later, not only is my surgery still not scheduled (good thing it's not anything important like potential cancer), but not one single effin person has even had the courtesy to call me back. Messages from them are of the "call this other place" nature, with no help with which phone number or location to call. It's completely unacceptable, and borderline negligent, the "services" they provide. The doctor herself seems caring and qualified, too bad no one else in the practice reflects her ethics or gives a flying you-know-what about their patients. Even after explaining all of these snafus to multiple people, I have not had a single apology or effort to be proactive about my care, except for the doctor. Had I known back in January that I would still be waiting in APRIL for these bozos to get their acts together, I never EVER EVER would have tried working with this place. At this point, I don't want to have to start all over but cannot wait to find another provider after I have this surgery. Do anything you can to avoid going to Texas Breast Specialists.
