For all things irrigation I would highly recommend them. The latest was adding drip line irrigation to a landscaping job. They got me booked pretty fast, and the crew did a great job in a short time. They listened to my needs for the job, and they also made good suggestions. A great group.

The first drainage solution they installed didn't work. Before work started, I tried to get clarity on their drain design, but the receptionist couldn't answer my questions. They said the team lead would call me, but that call never came. After the first design didn't work, I had to follow up myself to get them to come back out, and it took another 3-4 weeks before they returned. They did come back and implement a better solution, but the installation skips what I understand to be standard practice: a proper burrito wrap (fabric, gravel, pipe, gravel, sand, closed wrap). Without it, I'm genuinely concerned the drain will silt up and fail within a few years, meaning I'll be digging it back up on my own dime. Again, the guys on the job were pleasant and efficient. I just wish the communication and the craftsmanship matched that. For a project like this where you're burying the work underground and hoping it holds for decades, the details matter.

RYAN HAD the 'leak' issue resolved within 10 minutes wow! and my broken sprinkler head...he dug up, found the issue, replaced the parts necessary, and had it in working condition for me in 10 minutes. And unheard of, you just don't meet people like Ryan very often these days and i am so Blessed to have seen a recommendation on Nextdoor, Blessed to know Ryan and have Bearded Brothers Irrigation on speed dial. From my initial interaction with the office representatives (Taylor, Dave Sr., and Dave Jr.) to the technicians who came out to my home (Nick, Jackie, and John Paul), the level of professionalism and care was outstanding. The team provided an in-depth assessment and diagnostic of all identified issues. Just as importantly, they took the time to clearly explain areas that were not a concern and documented a thorough review outlining why those aspects of the home were in good condition, information that will be extremely valuable for future home inspections or potential buyers. Each team member was knowledgeable, responsive, and thorough in addressing my concerns, making what could have been a stressful situation feel manageable and well-handled. When people speak of organizations that deliver top-tier service, this is exactly the kind of company they mean. AirCo has earned my trust and will be my first call for any future needs.

He charged $675 to fill coolant and run a leakage test when he knew there was a 90% chance beforehand my evaporator coil was leaking and it would not be worth replacing the evaporator coil for $4500. He only offered a $675 credit towards a new system after I complained. 2. When I texted him a question about the new system quotes last year, he ghosted. Yet he emailed me four days later asking if I was ready to purchase a $17k system. Four days to decide on a $17k system without answering questions or receive other bids is not enough time. He cares more about making the commission than answering questions. 3. Jon Paul kept pushing the top of the line variable Daikin for $17k. Yet Shields AC & Heating in Lockhart said the DH7VSA compressor has a lot of firmware and software bugs communicating with the thermostat. Shields said it's not worth all the rebates and incentives. 4. Airco only offers a three year labor warranty through Airco. Yet they do not tell you that Daikin and Goodman offer an extended ten year labor warranty through Asure for $850. Daikin owns Goodman. 5. Jon Paul's quote did not include new return and supply plenum, unless he didn't specify. He only mentioned spraying the existing supply plenum with mold killer. 6. Jon Paul did not suggest moving the entire system 3 - 4 feet in the attic to reduce static pressure. Three other companies suggested moving the entire system. 7. When I asked Jon Paul what the difference was between the $17k variable Daikin and $15k variable Daikin, his response was, "More features and stuff." I need someone more articulate. 8. Jon Paul did not run a Manual J test. Ultimately, we ended up paying $12.1k with Jurnee Mechanical for a variable Goodman GXV6S condenser which included new return and supply plenum, moving the entire system 3 - 4 feet in the attic, 10 year extended labor warranty through Trinity, free maintenance for two years, and Reme Halo UV light.

Edit: Brad reached out to me personally to apologize for the experience I had this year, as well as…read moreto reimburse me for the remaining discount he had initially promised that I had not previously received. Brad is a very honest and compassionate business owner, and I hope that this lends to better experiences with his company moving forward. I have used Lupton backflow for a couple of years now, and my first 2 experiences for backflow testing were great, though as a first time home owner I had no basis for comparison. However, I was not pleased with my most recent work order. Firstly, their receptionist Mary Kay had quite poor phone etiquette when I had called to inquire about a repair (the cap on my irrigation back flow had cracked in the most recent freeze and was leaking)--she was very brusque and practically laughed at me for trying to describe the issue I was having despite not being familiar with the exact parts of the system. I was willing to brush this off as follow-up communications by email were at least clearer and civil. The scheduling process is quite convenient and I appreciate not having to be home for the repair/testing. Secondly, in my email communications with their office, I was quoted $140-175 for my repair which included the testing but did not include parts or the filing fee- great, no problem. However, when I received my invoice, they had charged me $190 for the repair, a $15 to nearly $50 difference from my estimate range. There was no indication on my invoice of complications, nor additional services rendered upon the repair to explain this increase. I emailed them to inquire about this diff and they did graciously apologize for the miscommunication as apparently there is an upcharge for my area due to the distance they had to drive that was never communicated to me. In this email they claimed they would "take the $15 up charge off of your invoice now. And I'll take an additional $15 off to compensate you for your time in having to deal with this mistake." This was appreciated greatly, but when I received the updated invoice it was only reduced by $15, not the $30 that was promised in the email. I sent a follow-up email one last time to confirm that this was the most updated invoice and giving them the opportunity to catch their slip, but they confirmed this was my final invoice. I refuse to be a "Karen" about these situations and just sucked it up and paid the full amount requested with a thank you sent their way. I highly suggest that you maintain any communications with their office by email as to have documentation for discrepancies like this. I'm undecided as of now about my continued patronage of this business.

When my device looked a little different, he asked me to send pictures and then marked them up to show me exactly what to do. Then, he called me to walk me through it.
