Aaron brought to our attention that our condenser is not performing to like it should and that it will be needing to be replaced. He mentioned that we could replace it today since he had the part available or we could just monitor it. The railing was cemented but remained wobbly. After multiple follow-ups, I was told a hammer drill and larger anchor bolts were needed. An additional $100 was requested to drill deeper into the concrete. Even after four visits and additional work, the railing still wobbles. At one point, I was told I may need to "find another company" because they did not have another technician in my area. The final result is still unstable. This was a safety-related installation, and despite multiple attempts, the issue was not resolved. I appreciate the polite communication, but the outcome does not match what was promised.

Luis got out there ASAP to assess the situation and offered to help fix the disconnect and ensure that everything was turned back on safely once the replacement AC unit was installed (which happened today). What makes Luis's support and service stand out a bit more is that once he found out that our AC company repaired the disconnect and made sure everything was fully operational (he spoke with the technician over the phone), Luis called and said that he didn't need to come out (which means he didn't have to charge us $$$ again). Honesty and integrity - super valuable in this world. I won't hesitate to call L&R for support in the future!

He went to Home Depot and purchased all the necessary supplies needed and completed the job the same day. We hired them again to help install a new bathroom cabinet with built in sink. They did an excellent job and helped us finish our renovated guest bathroom looking brand new. We also hired Josue to help tear down and reinstall a side fence shared with 1 neighbor. He came early in the morning and helped remove the old fence posts, string a line for reference and leveling. And mixed over 20 bags of concrete to pour into the fence post holes. He is a very hard worker and we will definitely hire him and his team for future projects.

I had advertised for someone to wash all 19 of our windows inside and out. I worked with Ivan and he came by to see the project for himself/that way there is no misunderstanding . After he and another employee went through the house with me to see the windows and what they would be doing he advised that they did all kinds of handy work. So I decided to talk to him about a couple other things that I had really wanted done and asked him if he could've put a quote together for all of them -Which he did. I did indeed hire Esquives after reviewing the quote. I also had them power wash my upper and lower deck mow our yard front and back and clean it up. I also requested they completely take all the plants and vines out of one specific area that went from the front of our garage to our gate. Last but not least I had them replace the two poles that are holding up our pergola that is over our concrete patio. It has been there for over 30 years. It's almost like a Ripley's believe it or not anyway they also re-stained all of it, including the new posts and it looks great. I'm looking forward to a few more estimates that I have requested. They did a good job on everything. I'm not sure if they were well-versed in windows in terms of washing. I have double paned windows and I believe that caused an issue. They had mentioned they were going to have to go out and get the supplies to do the windows. I have had them done in the past and most of the people that I hired used squeegees. I feel like they came out as good as they could have considering the double pane windows in that there are sometimes things inside that you cannot remove. They also did a great job cleaning up the windowsills. They were more than willing to work with me to help me stay within my budget. They did the staining and replacing the posts of the pergola on Saturday. They said they would be here at 10 and they absolutely were right on the dot- we experienced the same thing with Monday when they finished up all the rest of the projects they arrived at 8 AM and worked all day finishing around 5 PM. There were a total of five employees all working at once. I highly recommend them!
