I just know that some of the Texaco location does have some priced friendly car washes as this one for some reason isn't one of them and why it's still not working and haven't been closed off by Texaco or a private company as I had to reverse out of the drive way after driving up to the entrance. No service is available here I'm afraid and won't be going with these prices and have read that the quality of the wash itself is bad. Washed up!

What is hard is there is about 8 vacuum stalls during peak hours. Customers either wiping down their cars with the free complimary cloth while waiting for those stalls to open up. The business limit vacuum use for 10 mins so can free up the stalls. You can purchase their microfiber cloth but I bring my Costco microfiber cloth to use. I like the Kapolei location as there are more vacuum/wipe stations available here due to being a bigger location. I'm glad that I have Waipio location which is closer to where I live. The cost for service is $20.94. Card payment only, do not think they accept cash but ask. They have membership option as well. I prefer to wash my car at least once a month if can.

Flexible and determined to help me out, the mechanic recommended I drive it off base and he met me at a nearby location. The rig was impressive and he was knowledgeable and efficient. At the end of November 2025, I used this company for a car detailing for the first time. This is…read morethe worst experience I have ever had with a business in Hawaii. When I came to pick up my car the detailer indicated that he walked into the gas cap cover on my car and broke it off. The owner indicated that they could order a replacement the next week. They made sure they collected the total amount for the detailing, even though they damaged my car in the process. After waiting to be contacted and never hearing back I called several times and got the run around. Finally, after several weeks they said that the owner had just ordered the gas cap cover. When it came in, they said they needed to paint it and they would call me. Sometime later they made an appointment for me to come in and have the cover replaced. The person working that day had no idea I was coming in, had to look for the cover, and try to replace it. The paint job was rough and unprofessional, and the cover was too big to fit my car! After complaining again, the owner said I could have it fixed myself and he would reimburse me. I had to order the part from Korea, which was easy, but evidently not for the Like New Detailing Staff! When it came in, I had it professionally painted and installed. I sent my receipts in for reimbursement, and after several weeks of not receiving the check, I called. They said the check had been mailed. I waited awhile longer and still no check. I don't think they ever prepared and mailed it. I called again. They said I could come to the shop on a Saturday in June and pick up a check. When I arrived, the girl in the office had no idea I was coming to pick up a check and struggled to find my information, although they claim a check was previously issued and mailed. I was finally issued the check after waiting for her to figure it out. This was the second time they made an appointment with me, and when I showed up, they had no idea I was coming or why I was there. It took over six months to get this resolved because of their incompetence and lack of caring. I think they just hoped I would forget about it and go away! Please don't waste your money here!

As was already in the area the original plan was to fill up at nearby Costco though to my surprise the gas station was under construction and as I was low I decided to search for cheap gas and thought that this Shell station was it as it's right across from Kapolei Shopping Center. Very large and spacious and very easily accessible where I once was a regular at any Shell along with T-Mobile you'd get complimentary Gold Status and with sign up on your first fill up $.30 off gas that you're able to stack with other promotion. As I started my purchase there was question of if I wanted a car wash which was interesting as I didn't know they had one and it's right behind the Oil Changer along with entering your member number for additional discount is very handy and at $4.19 it's a pretty good deal to start. They also have trash and squeegee beside each pump a nice feature also that's not available at many stations. Great quality along with great deal to get me on my way with great perks. Thank you!
