Wow! I've used Tetris Cleaning Services before. They have done carpet cleaning and Tile Cleaning for me and I have always been very happy. They also did a rug cleaning for me where they took the rug and thoroughly cleaned it and delivered back to me. It turned out great and well worth the expense. This time DJ came and cleaned two chairs and a couch that I had bought from a friend for a steal. They needed cleaning and not only did DJ give me some valuable tips on getting dog hair out of upholstery but he did a wonderful job cleaning the pieces. The big deal was the bed I had him clean. Also acquired from a friend. Bed structurally and functionally in great shape but there were a lot of stains in the surface that made it look gross. DJ performed a miracle on this bed. We recently relocated to Liberty Hill and wanted to try a local company. We had to have a dog door installed and had some accidents during that period (on brand new carpet). Tetris came out and truly remediated the issue! While on the property, the tech was respectful and used wall protectors and the like. The tech searched with backlights to find urine, pre-treated, used a scrubber, AND then steam cleaned. The rep totally removed any odor or stains from several rooms! While this may cost you a little extra, it's absolutely worth it. It would have taken four trips from an average commercial steam cleaner, and they still probably would have missed some odor as they don't search for the cause. I called around frantically trying to get someone to come that same day because I had houseguests coming into town. Tetris was able to tack me onto the end of their day. Called Tetris after business hours, completely expecting to leave a voice mail. To my surprise DJ answered and we set a complimentary sofa and love seat assessment appointment for the next day! After completing the assessment, DJ provided a quote that was substantially less than his competitors. Based off the price quote and Yelp reviews, I scheduled the cleaning. DJ continued to provide superb service the day of the cleaning. Example, status texts regarding estimated arrival time and placing a mat down prior to entering my home etc. He thoroughly explained his process and level set expectations before starting the cleaning. Based on customer service alone (a dying art), I was already impressed with Tetris. After the cleaning, I'm even more impressed. My sofa and love seat look great! There was a spot of wear and tear from the previous owner that DJ got very clean, almost not noticeable at all. He also was honest about a product that we wanted, but that he wouldn't necessarily recommend. He didn't try to not sell me on it, but made sure I had all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. After we emailed him asking about the carpet drying and feeling a little wet he made a trip out the next day, crawled around on the floor to check it out, and he definitely made sure we were satisfied!
