My roommates and I hired this company to clean our home as we were moving out. After doing our own…read morepreventive clean like suggested, we walked through the house with the cleaner in order for him to give us a time and cost estimate. Once the clean was "complete" we paid and tipped him, trusting that the job was done. The following day, we arrived at the house with our landlords to find that he had cleaned under half of the house, leaving the entire upstairs untouched, half of the kitchen incomplete, and much more. When we confronted him about this he had no excuse and only much later apologized for missing "a few areas". The only refund we received was our tip. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
