Very friendly and honest. I made an appointment with him a year ago to service my laptop and he was very straight forward and let me know that it would cost me almost as much to just buy a new computer and turned my business away knowing it would save me money just to buy something new. Contacted him again with an issue I was having with my new computer and although he could not help me with the specific hardware upgrade I needed he took the time to give me advice on where I could go to have it looked at and offered to help me source a purchase I am looking into and he did this after hours on his own personal time. read more

Not only is Neal a great guy but he does some great work! We recently lost are house due to a fire and we took what was left of our chard, burnt, crispy, and wet computers to see if he could recover anything. 3 out of the 4 computers he could do so! We got all of our pictures and files back off of those ones so we were greatly relieved ( 3 pcs and 1 Mac). And then to take the icing off the cake. He didn't charge us a penny! Now I know this is a special situation but it still wasn't necessary for him to do that. And we have been going to him for a couple years now with all our computer problems and he always fixes and upgrades them for us at a good price. Would recommend him to everyone! read more

Unprofessional and abusive behaviour -- First, the good: proprieter agreed to handle my issue on a Sunday. It was all bad after that -- first, he claimed to have fixed my computer but wouldn't explain what he had done. Hmm. When the issue recurred, he refused to look at it (back up his work) and became abusive, including swearing at me for insisting that he explain the "work" he had done. I wash my hands of this experience, but I strongly urge people to avoid this business -- definitely not worth it. read more
