For $600-850 a snow mobile, this outfit is greatly missing customer etiquette. We were told to be ready at 6am sharp. We wanted to confirm which side of the hotel pickup was, however neither the 1800 or 307 numbers work. We called repeatedly, text the 307 number, and had no idea if we'd been scammed until the coach showed up at 6:28. Showing up late with no working phone number was shocking for an outfit that demands logistics and communication at 6am. Once the coach showed up, I asked Jeff (guide) if there's any coffee since it's a 1+ hour ride to Yellowstone and coffee shops were not open. Scenic Safari's response? "You can die for an hour in the back." A bit rude, I ignored it. For comparison, the hotel shuttle that runs FOR FREEE has coffee and hot chocolate prepped in the van. No coffee on a $600-800 per person is one thing, but "You can die for an hour in the back," has ZERO customer etiquette. We get in the coach and the man has the lights on full blast over our heads. When asked to dim them since it's pitch black outside and the contrast painful to anyone with migraines, Jeff makes the remark "lights are going off because there's someone sensitive in the back." Zero basic customer etiquette. Just turn the light off. Everyone heard the request. Three strikes before the fist 30 minutes of the trip with 8 hours to go.

We decided to do a tour with Jack and Gina to see the wildlife in Grand teton. Not only were they able to show us 11 bears, a moose, and lots of elk, but they made the very long day super fun. They are both very nice, and have a great sense of humor! They fed us all day and kept our bellies full and our toes warm in their beautiful big Suburban. Jack coached my husband on his photography, but I'm not photographer and the day was still an absolute blast for me. They got out the scope so we could see even the wildlife that was far off in the distance. Most interesting though, is their dedication to the well-being of the bear population of Grand teton. He is friendly, knowledgeable, outgoing, and very nice to our children. I always coordinate our plans with him for airport pickup / drop off as well as excursions into town, etc. He has always arrived early and taken us exactly where we needed to be on time, even if weather and road conditions were challenging. Mike gave next to nothing in terms of relevant facts and history. The lunch provided was sandwiches and water. The bread was very stale, leading us to conclude that the sandwiches were probably picked up a day or two in advance, definitely not the same morning. We did see some wildlife(bison, sheep, a few elk at a great distance, and one moose, also at a great distance, at the very end of our tour). We were in the cramped, dirty van from 6 am til @ 5 pm! I would never recommend this service to anyone!
