OUTSTANDING tour. We booked a private wildlife tour with BrushBuck. Our guide, Pat, was very knowledgeable and professional- And knew where to go to find the animals! My daughter is OBSESSED with wolves, and we told the guide that that was our #1 priority. He informed us that, with only 132 wolves on 2.2 million acres, and it also being a little later in the day, it might be tough but he'd do his best. Not only did we see a wolf- we saw two of them- and they were actively hunting a nursery herd of bison. It is one of the most incredible things I have ever gotten to see- and something that will be stuck in our daughters memory for the rest of her life. We also saw a Grizzly bear, several black bears, a TON of bison, pronghorns, elk, deer- Just about everything that could be seen. It was well worth it, had we been on our own I doubt that we'd have seen 1/2 of what we saw, and we certainly wouldn't have seen wolves. The tour itself was in an almost brand new, and very comfortable, Tahoe. The provided meal was just sandwiches and fruit, but it was more than adequate. They also provide drinks and snacks for the trip, and you are also welcome to bring your own. This tour wasn't inexpensive, but it was worth every penny!

Must do while visiting Jackson!! Easy pick up / drop off right in town. Anthony our guide was top notch.... Knew where to go for the best chance of sightings, and was very knowledgeable and shared lots of history and stories, even told a few jokes! Highly recommend!!!

We did the Alaska 5 day tour recently and I cant say enough good things. First our tour guide Pat, was amazing. Very knowledgeable, was great at spoting and pointing out wildlife. He gave some good recomindations for food in each stop. He is also great with kids! This is our second brush buck tour and I haven't been disappointed yet. I would definitely recommend doing the cruise at Seward on your second day it is a great addition.

Steve was an exceptional guide. He knows where the wildlife is likely to be, shows great flexibility, and educated me and the group on a variety of issues related to the wildlife, terrain, and region. He was kind and pleasant. We were lucky enough to see a Grizzly, as well as moose, elk and coyote. 10-15% as the recommended tip is too low!

This is a must take tour for Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. Our guide, Conner, was great. Conner is very knowledgeable, friendly and is excellent at spotting wildlife. You can tell Conner thoroughly loves his chosen profession and takes it very seriously in order to make sure all of his guest have the best trip possible. My wife and I love this tour. We saw Moose, Elk, Bison, Eagles, Coyotes and Antelope on our tour, as well as all of the normal sight you would expect to see on a Grand Teton and Yellowstone tour. It was great leaving the driving to Conner and being able to sit back, look around and enjoy the experience. I highly recommend BrushBuck tours and Conner as your guide!

Such a great experience. Our guide named Phil was amazing. He was like a walking encyclopedia. We traveled (party of five)with my husband and our three kids: ages 12, 10, 7. My 10 year old boy asked all the questions possible and Phil always had an answer. He was super cool and sweet with the kids. Like I said he was very knowledgeable and we had an amazing experience. Thank you Phil!

What an absolutely amazing experience we had! Our family of 6 which included Nana and Papa, mom and dad and 11 year old twins, spent a week in late December/early January on a Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks tour. We had an absolutely fantastic time from beginning to end. It all went so perfectly because our guide Dallin was the best! He was super easy to get along with, personable and knowledgeable. He took time to make life fun for our kids even getting us sledding innertubes and finding us areas for our kids to escape the van and get some sledding in. He found the things for families to do and knew just what would make everyone happy. Including a trip to the Jackalope Hot spot. Heehee. He knew we had a vegetarian with us and made sure lunch stops had food for everyone. We had fabulous experience seeing wildlife and learned a lot about the history and geology of the area. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and I'm taking away some fantastic memories for life! Some highlights include seeing frost covered moose, hiking to the petroglyphs alongside a small band of bighorn sheep, a snow coach through Yellowstone to see Beehive and Old Faithful geysers erupt, watching an eagle eat a dead beaver, and of course the absolutely breathtaking Grand Tetons and the mud pots and geysers and springs of Yellowstone. Shout-out to the office team - they are great communicators and worked with us to make sure every question was answered promptly. They were awesome! I would absolutely book with Brushbuck again. They are professional and gave us the trip of a lifetime.

Excellent tour. Comfortable van. Our guide, Phil, was extremely knowledgeable and answered every single question he was asked. And there were a lot of questions. We saw several animals, including bison,, moose, Whitetail deer, horses, and mule deer. Phil had a high-powered camera attached to his cell phone and was able to take pictures that he shared with us after the tour. Reasonable price. Beautiful scenery. Highly recommended.

Kevin out your guide was fantastic. He picked us up at our condo outside of town. Within minutes we were already seeing moose. He was so knowledgeable of the area, wildlife, and so much history. The van was nice and he had plenty of snacks and drinks. He provided binoculars and hand warmers which was great perk. We were able to see elk, bison, coyotes, plenty of moose and take some of the best pictures all of our trip. He snags all the photos and sends them over to you.

Taren was exceedingly apologetic and accommodating. It turns out they were handling an unusually high volume of reservations that day, and unfortunately, ours slipped through the cracks. Her service recovery was excellent. Given the business's consistently high ratings, I have no doubt that our one-off situation will be taken as a learning opportunity to help them continue delivering excellent tours to future clients. Original abridged review: **Disappointed by the experience -- not what we paid for, though our guide saved the day** I hate to leave a review like this, but our experience didn't match what was promised or paid for. We booked an early morning safari in advance as part of a bachelorette weekend, expecting a seamless start to a packed day. Unfortunately, the company forgot our reservation entirely, and despite repeated calls, no one arrived until two hours late -- well past the peak wildlife viewing time and after significant disruption to our schedule. Several advertised amenities, including breakfast and hot beverages, were missing, and communication throughout was poor. A minimal refund was eventually offered, but only after we pushed for it. That said, our guide Barry was outstanding. He came in on his day off, brought great energy, was knowledgeable and engaging, and did his best to salvage the situation. We're grateful to him. Ultimately, though, the overall experience was disappointing. For a premium tour marketed as professional and seamless, it missed the mark. We hope the company improves its customer service and reliability moving forward.

For $600-850 a snow mobile, this outfit is greatly missing customer etiquette. We were told to be ready at 6am sharp. We wanted to confirm which side of the hotel pickup was, however neither the 1800 or 307 numbers work. We called repeatedly, text the 307 number, and had no idea if we'd been scammed until the coach showed up at 6:28. Showing up late with no working phone number was shocking for an outfit that demands logistics and communication at 6am. Once the coach showed up, I asked Jeff (guide) if there's any coffee since it's a 1+ hour ride to Yellowstone and coffee shops were not open. Scenic Safari's response? "You can die for an hour in the back." A bit rude, I ignored it. For comparison, the hotel shuttle that runs FOR FREEE has coffee and hot chocolate prepped in the van. No coffee on a $600-800 per person is one thing, but "You can die for an hour in the back," has ZERO customer etiquette. We get in the coach and the man has the lights on full blast over our heads. When asked to dim them since it's pitch black outside and the contrast painful to anyone with migraines, Jeff makes the remark "lights are going off because there's someone sensitive in the back." Zero basic customer etiquette. Just turn the light off. Everyone heard the request. Three strikes before the fist 30 minutes of the trip with 8 hours to go.

My guide like I said was Kyle and from the minute we left the parking lot, to minute we got back it was hard core riding. The parking lot we left was somewhat sunny, but we entered the following areas according to him: Salt River Rand, Wyoming Range, The Greys, River Canyon and Apline Wyoming. Half way through the day we pulled into a real ranch in the middle of nowhere and were treated to a delicious lunch with homemade cookies. We then headed out to some serious boondocking back country riding, unlike anything I have ever experienced in my life. Riding on a base of 20 feet of snow with fresh feet pounding down was the ultimate experience. Our guide kyle let us freestyle for a good 2 hours total off the trails and I was completely spent by the end of it. I flipped my sled once, but Kyle was right there to help me right the sled. Super important to do all your downloading on wifi before heading to a National Park (as most parks have poor cell and 4g). And start the tour right before heading into the park. If you accidentally exit the app, go to the TravelStorys app (give it time to load, you don't need internet service as long as it's been previously downloaded) and simply select your tour again. It took my phone a while to load after I accidentally exited out.
