Best vacation of my life. We spent one week in Jackson Hole in February and the sun was out everyday, except the last. We were able to drive anywhere that was open and we realize that we were very, very fortunate to have had the weather we did. It was cold, average of about 8 or 9 degrees. The last day warmed up and was cloudy. Luckily we were snowmobiling on that day. Our guide, Zane, picked us up at 6:45 at our hotel and took us to the company store for some breakfast and to get fitted for our gear. One of the members of our party had a sick wife booked. She couldn't make it, but the company refunded her full amount of money even though they didn't know it until he checked in that morning. I really respected them for that. Plenty of business would not have done that. After 30 minutes there, we were in the van heading north. He was so informative on the hour long ride up to the Yellowstone gate for our 90 mile trip. Once we arrived, he got the snowmobiles ready for us and went over how to operate them. I had never driven one before, but I do own a 4 wheeler, so I didn't think there would be much difference. The controls do work differently and you do have to get used to the track getting in the snow ruts. Once I learned to trust that I was not going to fish tail and wreck, I picked up speed. After 15 or so miles, I was up to doing between 45-52 mph. What a blast. Even though the temp was probably in the teens, we were very toasty. The suits were insulated. The handlebars were heated, the seat was heated, and you even had a heater blowing on your feet. I actually had to turn off the heater on the handlebars. I am from Mississippi and not used to being in that type of cold for 8 hours, but I was very comfortable. We stopped at different spots to take pictures and Zane would tell us significant events about different places. We arrived at Old Faithful 45 miles later for lunch and Zane warmed some delicious and filling stew for us. We also had water, juice, veggies, hot chocolate, and candy too. He really took care of us. While he cleaned up. we watched Old Faithful erupt, then hopped on the snowmobiles and went north a few miles for some bison viewing and more hot springs. Then we had to head back down. This time the journey was all about speed and feeling the rush of being behind a powerful machine in such pristine beauty. We made a few more stops, but we were all really enjoying riding so much. Once back at the van, Zane teased us all a little by leading us over a bump, which I would call a small ramp, because we caught a little air. He knew this would make us want to go on a more off road tour next time. I have no problem with Jx Hole Snowmobile tours. Zane could not have been a better guide. I would request him again. Thanks Zane for one of the most enjoyable days I have ever had.

Fantastic day of snowmobiling. This tour company has it all - friendly, knowledgable staff, great equipment, and amazing rides. They picked us up at our hotel and took us back to their shop where they had a continental breakfast waiting. They suited everyone up with any and all gear they needed to be sure we all stayed warm. Our ride was up to along the continental divide to Togwotee Pass. Once there we had a great lunch provided at the lodge. On the return trip, our guide, Tom, gave us plenty of time to play around in the wide open meadows. This was definitely a highlight of our Jackson vacation.

Such a great group. Very informative and patient. My daughters had such a fantastic time even though they weren't the best drivers!

Bonus points for pickup from and drop-off to our hotel in Jackson. Prior to the tour day, BrushBuck Wildlife Tours called me to confirm my reservation details and answer any questions I had around logistics of the day. Since it was the middle of the winter, we were in a heated van. Our tour guide from today was Ted, and he was awesome. He was friendly, personable, and highly knowledgeable of the flora and fauna of the area. He impressed me by the facts he knew, and he didn't not have an answer for all our questions. He also had a good eye and spotted wildlife off in the distance, and he would genuinely be as excited as we were seeing the animals. We saw coyotes, a wolf, elk, bison, moose, and bighorn sheep. Ted had a magnifying scope that connected to his phone, so he took these amazing closeups of the animals for us and sent the pictures within 24 hours after the tour. I would highly recommend this tour, which was like a fun scavenger hunt in Grand Teton.

I booked a four-hour morning tour with BrushBuck during my stay here at Grand Teton National Park. I have been on an African safari and this tour brought back some fun memories of that trip. We saw pronghorn antelope, elk, moose and a bear. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the area and even added a little humor. The backdrop of the Teton Range made it such a memorable morning. If you are visiting the Tetons for the first time, I highly recommend checking out one of these safari tours and get more up close and personal with the park.

Taren was exceedingly apologetic and accommodating. It turns out they were handling an unusually high volume of reservations that day, and unfortunately, ours slipped through the cracks. Her service recovery was excellent. Given the business's consistently high ratings, I have no doubt that our one-off situation will be taken as a learning opportunity to help them continue delivering excellent tours to future clients. Original abridged review: **Disappointed by the experience -- not what we paid for, though our guide saved the day** I hate to leave a review like this, but our experience didn't match what was promised or paid for. We booked an early morning safari in advance as part of a bachelorette weekend, expecting a seamless start to a packed day. Unfortunately, the company forgot our reservation entirely, and despite repeated calls, no one arrived until two hours late -- well past the peak wildlife viewing time and after significant disruption to our schedule. Several advertised amenities, including breakfast and hot beverages, were missing, and communication throughout was poor. A minimal refund was eventually offered, but only after we pushed for it. That said, our guide Barry was outstanding. He came in on his day off, brought great energy, was knowledgeable and engaging, and did his best to salvage the situation. We're grateful to him. Ultimately, though, the overall experience was disappointing. For a premium tour marketed as professional and seamless, it missed the mark. We hope the company improves its customer service and reliability moving forward.

For $600-850 a snow mobile, this outfit is greatly missing customer etiquette. We were told to be ready at 6am sharp. We wanted to confirm which side of the hotel pickup was, however neither the 1800 or 307 numbers work. We called repeatedly, text the 307 number, and had no idea if we'd been scammed until the coach showed up at 6:28. Showing up late with no working phone number was shocking for an outfit that demands logistics and communication at 6am. Once the coach showed up, I asked Jeff (guide) if there's any coffee since it's a 1+ hour ride to Yellowstone and coffee shops were not open. Scenic Safari's response? "You can die for an hour in the back." A bit rude, I ignored it. For comparison, the hotel shuttle that runs FOR FREEE has coffee and hot chocolate prepped in the van. No coffee on a $600-800 per person is one thing, but "You can die for an hour in the back," has ZERO customer etiquette. We get in the coach and the man has the lights on full blast over our heads. When asked to dim them since it's pitch black outside and the contrast painful to anyone with migraines, Jeff makes the remark "lights are going off because there's someone sensitive in the back." Zero basic customer etiquette. Just turn the light off. Everyone heard the request. Three strikes before the fist 30 minutes of the trip with 8 hours to go.

He kept saying "This is awesome!" as we drove thru lower Yellowstone (referring to the gaperguide). So, I downloaded the TravelStorys app from the Android Play Store... Selected the tour I wanted, had it downloaded after I paid, and then went on my tour. Instead of having to be stuck on a 12 hour tour in a van with a bunch of strangers stopping and going when the tour guide decides WE WENT AT OUR OWN PACE. Anything and everything you could want to know is given to you as you drive thru the park. Bathroom locations, places to eat, which parking lot is better, where the attractions are, etc. We got to pick and choose where to stop and how long to stay. There's even background information about the different stops! Just like a real tour! THIS IS A GODSEND. Especially in these Covid-19 times. Definitely going to be using this service again!!! Super important to do all your downloading on wifi before heading to a National Park (as most parks have poor cell and 4g). And start the tour right before heading into the park. If you accidentally exit the app, go to the TravelStorys app (give it time to load, you don't need internet service as long as it's been previously downloaded) and simply select your tour again. It took my phone a while to load after I accidentally exited out. I had a mini heart attack cuz I thought I needed internet to restart, but it ends up that I just needed more patience to let the app load.
