Not only did they do a great job they went the extra mile to do things that weren't in the proposal but made the yard look nicer. They installed a new drainage spot since our HOA grass coming ran over ours with a mower and destroyed it; they cut and edged the grass, laid additional grass seed, seasonal plants, and trimmed our rose bushes!! Talk about stellar service!! Ryan initially did our side yard a few years ago and installed a drainage system; we attempted to have him cone out last year and do work in our backyard but scheduling conflicts and missed appts (in his side) led us to another company... that was a mistake. The other company over promised and completely under delivered... now that Ryan's completes the second job we will never use another company; we will just wait... it's well worth it. We will be customers for life and continue to use Ryan's and recommend him. Our neighbors were so impressed they asked for an on the spot quote for their yard!

The lack of a clear warranty or meaningful follow-up support also added to the frustration when problems came up. I really wanted the project to go smoothly, and I believe Ryan has good intentions, but the execution and project management need significant improvement. Better communication, organization, realistic timelines, and stronger accountability for the completed work would make a big difference. I hope Ryan takes this feedback constructively and improves these areas, because the experience could have been much better.

He also was coming out the next day to remove it. I couldn't believe my luck- especially because the quote was far more reasonable than any of the others I had received. Mike arrived when I was away from the home- all he asked was that I leave a parking spot open for him for his machinery. When I returned home, about two hours after his planned start time, the tree was gone, all remnants of it were completely gone, the sidewalk was completely swept and clean, and the mulch in my front yard had been raked around to incorporate the resulting sawdust, leaving me with a very simple finishing solution; I drove right past my house, went to the local nursery, bought a new plant and a bag of mulch and... When evaluating my trees, they clearly explained which ones needed deadwood removal and which ones were fine at the time. They also had to remove one tree from my front yard, and they took the time to explain in detail why removal was necessary. I recently worked with Rodney, and he was great about discussing the details of the job and explaining his recommendations. He is obviously very knowledgeable about trees and clearly cares deeply about his work. I especially appreciated that he was there with the crew on the day they removed the deadwood and walked me through what they were doing. Of all the companies I contacted, Green Vista also seemed to have the most appropriate equipment for the job. Several other companies weren't confident they could get their lift into my backyard. Green Vista was able to do it, and they laid down appropriate tracking and ground protection to make sure there was no damage to my lawn.
