I was referred to Testa's from a friend whom has taken all their cars here in the past for work, and they mentioned great things about them. From the initial calls and quotes to the finished product, the whole process was smooth and easy, and the work was top notch. I even noticed some very minor imperfections after we picked up the car, and Pete said no problem and to bring the car by and they will touch it up for free. They even added some extra decal tape that was coming off, no charge as well. All done in 12 minutes. I had just finished a complete restoration on a 1961 Pontiac Ventura when I got hit and completly removed my drivers side door and creased my front fender and moulding. I only found this shop when they were recommended by my insurance, but after a wonderful experience I'll be coming here for everything I can from now on! The body work they did turned out absolutely flawless - you can't even tell the entire tailgate and surrounding panels were smashed in and replaced! I returned once for what turned out to be a user-error issue and they were so kind about explaining what button I had turned on by accident and how to fix it. Every time I contacted them throughout the repair process, they were so friendly and happy to explain what was going on; they even called my insurance for me when the insurance gave me vague answers. They were upfront about lead time on parts and even checked while I waited to make sure I didn't have too long a wait for parts after dropping off my car. In the midst of the stressful event of a car accident, these guys were calming and knowledgeable. I love these guys! I had an unusual situation. I was rear-ended and needed a new bumper. They did a beautiful job! It looked like new and they completed the job very quickly. One week later to the day I picked it up, I was rear-ended on the freeway again. I was heart broken. The bumper wasn't even dirt yet. This time it was really bad. They not only did a beautiful job as they had before, they saved my car from being totaled. I can't thank them enough for all of their help. They are the epitome of customer service. I chat a lot. I am a 'chatter'. Yup. I ask a lot of questions, and I take note. I found out great stuff about this place while having my care repaired from a major "T-bone" side collision to my 2003 pearl white vehicle. The most honest guys I have met... I love them, my husband loves them! Apparently the "Brothers Testa" took over family business from their pop sometime in the late 80's - and apparently have carried on the tradition of 'fine Italian craftsmanship'. These guys are wizards, having been at it for so long I guess (this is attractive to me). My car is pearl white - one of the more difficult colors to match (I never would've purchased that color new, but - a used car at a good deal)... but when the repair was done - the paint blended SO well that no one can tell where the blended PEARL paint is!! Craftsmanship at it's finest. They handled EVERYTHING even my insurance claim. I paid my deductible, they did ALL the rest. I would go to them again, but hopefully I won't need to! read more

My first experience with Testa's was about a decade ago ago when I worked for a rental car company. The owners, Pete and John, are the experts who handle everything from start to finish when your car is in need of repairs. TRUE PROFESSIONALISM WITH OUTSTANDING AND FAST SERVICE. This year, I took my wife's 2010 TSX to them after someone had collided into it while it was parked. The other person's insurance paid for it and Pete was able to bill the insurance company directly. The damage was minor but it only took a few days and I got it back earlier than expected. While the car was there, I decided to also replace a damaged tail lamp that I caused. Pete charged me the cost price for an original Acura part. Months later, the part had a defective gasket and water had seeped into it. After calling Pete, he ordered another lamp which was covered under the manufacturers warranty. I brought it in and Pete took care of it while I waited. In April 2009, I took my 2002 Escalade to have the grill painted to color match the rest of the vehicle. It was dull and gray before that. The finish is still immaculate to date. Recently, I bought a center consule lock from GM for the Caddy and figured I could replace it myself. Well, I was wrong! After unscrewing the console, a spring popped out and after several hours of trying to piece the thing back together, I gave up. I told Pete about it and he told me just bring it in. Pete looked at it and the task was done in less than an hour. Pete didn't even charge me a single penny for his time. Thanks Pete! 5 star service all the way!! Now I just need to find a place for service on my Harley. read more

I had autobody work done here on my Lexus. I had chosen it because of the reviews and location. You can determine if you want to bring your car here. Customer service, they way they address you and talk to you are fine, hence 2 stars. The real issue that I had was that there were issues with the repair work itself. 1. paint run/pool marks near the door handle. 2. Navigation screen scratched 3. Allowed battery to die (causing lights to come on), my battery no longer charged properly and had to replace it (thankfully it was still under warranty). read more
