Came in to get a smog at approximately 4:30 p.m., a very nice gentleman with a great smile :) helped me and quoted me 10-15 minutes wait time for my smog to be completed. I was done and out the door by 4:40 p.m.! Great customer service! I will be returning! Thank you! read more

Superb Service That Made Me Feel Truly Welcomed I called the smog shop just 30 minutes before closing today, hoping I wasn't too late. The gentleman who answered was polite and reassuring, letting me know it was okay to come by. I arrived about 10 minutes before closing and even asked again if it was too late--he kindly assured me it wasn't a problem. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely comfortable and respected. As a woman, that's not always a given in auto-related spaces, but this experience was refreshingly different. The inspection was quick--finished in about 15 minutes--and the customer service was outstanding. Friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. I'll absolutely be coming back here and recommending this place to friends and family. Thank you for turning what could've been a stressful errand into a smooth and pleasant visit! read more

Quick service and friendly! Daniel was super helpful and started a conversation after I fumbled my way in from work. He offered water and told me how this was a family business that started with his Father. $45 for a smog check on 2013 Toyota Prius. He did mention that prices could differ slightly for other car models. I assume mine was on the cheaper end?! Anyways, I was in and out in 10 mins. Simple and low stress. Will most definitely come back here in 2 years for my next smog check. read more

** INFO on DMV kiosk below! ** Ooooooh Yeah!! The reviews about this place are Damn right!! Easy as pie to pass my early 2000's Honda. I keep my baby up but I have been putting many miles on my vehicle lately and was slightly worried she (my car) wouldn't pass. NOPE. In and out in like 12 minutes!!! It was so QUICK I didn't even have the opportunity to finish my conversation with another patron there as I questioned their service. She reviled it was her very first time there also so she didn't know. She said she was there purely behind the great reviews too. Well, its TRUE...its all DAMN TRUE!! :) Don't remember the technician who was there but you cant miss him. White boy cutie pie with a great set of choppers! My husband does NOT read my reviews, lol! Also, the woman I was speaking to let me know that the VONS in Hesperia has a DMV kiosk machine that you can just scan your Passing test right quick and it spits out your new registration and tags right there on the spot! I have AAA so I didn't need it BUT what a good thing to know just in case! SUPER HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! read more

Great price fast service! Helped me pass with ease will definitely be returning whenever time is due.

Great and friendly service. There was no wait, and the staff was extremely friendly. We received great service with a smile.

Quick, honest, friendly, accommodating service. BACKGROUND: I just bought a truck is 1990 Ford F-250 with a full 10 foot high camper on top. The previous owner had not gotten a CA smog test and the truck is leaking a bit of oil, but since I only paid $500 for the truck (the rest was for the camper), I was thinking that if it doesn't pass I could perhaps get $1500 from the State of California for retiring the truck. https://www.smogcheck.ca.gov/Consumer/Consumer_Assistance_Program/ Then I went to the CA smog check web site and put in the VIN and found that is had passed the last test in April 2019. https://www.smogcheck.ca.gov/pubwebquery/Vehicle/PubTstQry.aspx SEARCH: I was looking for a location near to Victorville AAA (near Hesperia) because they were processing my DMV paperwork. I looked on YELP. (I don't look at the paid rankings, but go down to the natural results). TEST ONLY ALL STAR was one of the top 3 natural results. I also looked on Google and TEST ONLY ALL STAR has 193 5 star ratings. I called 2 other companies first (because they both opened at 8am and TEST ONLY ALL STAR opened at 9.) One had voice mail and the said they were having internet issues so they couldn't do the test today. EXPERIENCE: I arrived right past 9am on a cold Saturday 11-7-2020. The attendant, (I can't recall his name) was polite and helpful. When he saw that the camper he said, "I'm not sure can do this." But then found a way to accommodate. He said it might take 30 minutes. It took less than 15. The cost was $80, which is more than I had paid in the past for my 20 year hold Honda Civic or my 3 year old Toyota Corolla, but it was worth it. I didn't ask, but this might be due to the age of the truck or because it is listed as a commercial vehicle. BLESSING: At the end he wish me a "blessed" day with an expression of genuine good will. I wished the same back on him. Being curious, I looked up the etymology of the word "bless". It means to "pronounce or make happy, prosperous, or fortunate." So basically it is like expressing of the Volkan greeting, "Live long and prosper." I'm not unaware that "blessed" is also a "code" word... "always being ready to give an account of the hope that is in you." read more

I recently went to Test Only All Star and I have to say, I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. From start to finish, the process was seamless and stress-free. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which gave me confidence that my car was in good hands. They completed the smog test quickly and efficiently, and even provided me with a copy of the results for my records. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience here. They exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a smog test. There is a reason I have been coming here for years now, 5 stars all the way! read more

What a great company! Walked in around 11 AM, gave Devon the auto registration, he looked me up on his computer (been going to him for years) and printed out the pre-test paperwork for me to sign. Then, he drove my 2000 Saturn into the bay, ran the visual and electronic tests (it passed!) that automatically transmits the results to the DMV. Finally, he drove the car back to the parking spot, printed out my copy of the test results and my invoice, took my credit card, had me sign the credit card receipt and invoice, and we were done. It took me longer to write this review than it did to go through the entire 10-minute process. This company has a very clean waiting room and testing bay. Devon is very friendly and professional. I've got two more Saturns to take in and I'm more than happy to use Test Only All Star. By the way, Yelp shows his Saturday hours as opening at 8:00 AM. He told me that on Saturday he opens at 9:00 AM. All his business is word-of-mouth and I'm happy to write this review to help get the word out. I was not paid, nor did I receive anything of value, to write this review. read more

Best price in the high desert, and very friendly! Would recommend and will most definitely be coming back. Thank you!

This was my 2nd time going here to smog my truck. I have a 1994 Sierra. Devon helped me this time. I was there less than a 1/2 hour. In & out with no problems. Profesional enough for a business yet friendly enough to be my neighbor. Highly Recomended! Sherrie read more

All Star was fast and very friendly and if you have any question like one other customer did, he had the answer. I recommend All Star Smog to any one that need their car smog. All Star Smog is hard to locate do to it's location, but when you do find it, its worth it. It is located in the back of this auto repair area on the right side as you drive-in (Behind Toms Burgers on Palmdale Rd). I did not need a appointment and All Star had me done with-in minutes. read more
