Having been to both places personally I prefer my experience at the Bear Valley location and it will be the one I go to in the future. I Showed up for the appt I set ahead of time and they got my car pulled to the back and Anthony the technician got started on it right away. The guys up front were super cool and very attentive to the other customers. Customer service is a top priority at this place. I just went in for a simple alignment. Anthony did a great job & was done must sooner than the time I had expected to be sitting there. I will be back to this place for any other work I need done to my vehicle.

But when we came back they were friendly, efficient, and gave the kids doughnuts...it did seem like we waited longer than other places weve been to. When they were done they told me of some repairs that could be done to the battery and AC, so I assume that's a free type of diagnostic with the smog, and that explains the wait? The office that we waited in was very clean, and comfortable. If another vehicle needs a smog I would go back.

They told me my vehicles electric was messed up and the machine couldn't read it. I told the guy last time it was a fuse and asked if he could just pop in a new one. He said he couldn't and would have to charge me a diagnostic just to check it out. Then he said my vehicle couldn't be smogged due to the code reader not working.
