I had called several floor sanders who either didn't call back or told me to wait four months --…read moreand one that came, gave an estimate, said he could do the floor in two weeks, then disappeared (hope he's ok). I was getting desperate. . Someone in my building, a contractor, recommended this company. John asked for a video of the space to save time, instantly provided a very fair estimate, and said they could do it in a week. What!? So of course I said yes... then immediately got scared. My concerns were somewhat put to rest when I saw all these great reviews - but there were so many that I was skeptical that they could really be that good. I can now tell you YES they are THAT good! They did an outstanding job - we have sanded and refinished floors ourselves so we know all the expected glitches - which there were NONE- and the level of skill these guys have to have to do such a quality job. John and Sang (who did the work) also communicated beautifully- even texting to let me know when they were 5 minutes away. They left the space perfectly clean with no debris whatsoever. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found this company because no other floor company came close to their responsiveness and professionalism. And the superior work speaks for itself. Do not look any further, folks!

He spent time on the phone with me. He answered my questions. He advised me. He made suggestions I might not have thought of. He kept me from doing more than I needed or spending more than I needed to spend. I could tell in his voice that he would be the person I would be hiring. Beyond that, his prices were competitive and attractive. I knew I was not only getting a good price, but value for the dollars I was investing. As good as that experience was, it got better. He was on top of the order for the wood. He scheduled promptly. He did what he said he would do (in a world of installations where we as homeowners are happy when someone shows up). His installers were meticulous and artisans. Beyond that, they were just nice to have working on the project. The final project looks spectacular. I do not write many reviews, but I was so pleased with Andy and his guys that I had to post this notice the day the installation was complete.

I have a very small condo and I had no idea how they would find space to move everything around to do the job, but they did! Another challenge was that I have this awesome but very large, heavy storage bed. I had no idea how it could be moved out of the way even if it were disassembled. Tony suggested we just leave it there and refinish around it. Brilliant! I would only have put the bed back on top of it away. If I ever want to sell, I can remove the bed and do it then. So to recap, they managed to do a job I thought was basically impossible in only two days and at a reasonable price. Thanks, Tony!
