I would add more stars if I could! We stopped by this Tesla shop on a last-minute whim while we were out of town, and I'm so glad we did! I called ahead, and they were incredibly friendly and told us to come by. Even though they were already busy working on another vehicle, they took the time to welcome us, answer our questions, and even show us what they were working on. They went above and beyond by installing an automatic sunshade in my Tesla and adding an LED light to my trunk, all without us having planned it in advance. We never felt rushed, and they genuinely seemed happy to help. We've visited other Tesla upgrade shops during our travels, and this was by far one of the best experiences we've had. The customer service, attention to detail, and willingness to accommodate us on such short notice really stood out. If we're ever in the area again and need anything for our Tesla, we won't hesitate to make the trip back. Highly recommend! Thank you Tony and team! read more

Tony at Tesla Upgrades is hands-down one of the most detail-oriented professionals I've ever trusted with my vehicles. The level of precision and care he puts into every installation is on another level -- he treats my cars like they're his own and never cuts corners. I trust Tony with my Tesla CyberBeast, my Acura NSX, and he also fully customized my Tesla Model Y -- and I mean fully. We pretty much installed every upgrade available, and he completely transformed my Model Y into my dream car. That build alone shows the level he operates on. We've done a long list of work together -- interior lighting upgrades, soft-close doors, auto-presenting door handles, powered frunk, numerous lighting and electrical mods -- and every single job has been flawless. What really blew me away was a recent custom request for a very specific underglow lighting operation on my Cybertruck. It was something he had never done before, and he absolutely nailed it. Perfect execution. Tony's passion shows in every detail of his work. The quality is top-tier, the craftsmanship is clean and professional, and somehow his prices are still the best around. That combination is rare. I recommend Tony to any Tesla owner without hesitation. I would literally drive hundreds of miles just to have my upgrades done by him. Exceptional work, exceptional value, and someone you can truly trust with your vehicle. read more

I was referred to Tony at Tesla Upgrade in Hayward by a friend and I am genuinely glad I followed through. From our very first phone call, Tony took his time with me. He asked about my day to day schedule, my driving habits, and even what I do for work as a busy realtor whose plans can change by the minute. When I came in, he walked me through every upgrade they offer and explained the pros, the purpose, and what actually fits my lifestyle. What really stood out is that he never once tried to upsell me. There were a couple upgrades I thought I wanted and Tony told me honestly that they did not make sense for how I actually use my Tesla. That told me everything. This is someone who cares about long term relationships and not quick sales. I left feeling confident that every upgrade we chose was intentional and tailored to me. The value is amazing too. I have seen other shops charge two or three times what Tony and his team charge for similar upgrades. Here you get luxury service, top tier work, and fair pricing. I have already recommended him to several friends and they have all had such great experiences that they are referring people too. That is how you know a business is solid. What really put this experience over the top for me was the VIP treatment. My schedule is unpredictable and I had been putting off these upgrades for almost two months. Tony offered to meet me near one of my appointments since he happened to be in the area. He made the whole process effortless and truly went above and beyond. If you are still reading this and considering Tesla upgrades, stop thinking about it and call Tony. This place delivers a real five star limo ride experience. I will absolutely be coming back. read more

Tony and Anan.. AMAZING level of customer service and flawless execution in the installation! I met Tony through Instagram @tesla.upgrades and he was very response about my inquiry about parts and labor. Tony is very knowledgeable of different products and explained why I should and should not, purchase particular parts. I appreciate how he didn't try to sell me on anything, he put it up to me and equipped we with enough knowledge to make a sound decision on the best fit. I'm a person who ask's plenty of questions and can be annoying however, Tony took all my calls and messages and not once he was impatient with me. Thank you Tony! Anan did an amazing job installing my heads up cluster and charge pad! Anan ensure all parts were installed correctly and kept the install, very clean! Anan was very respectful to my car during the installation! I'm always worried when I leave my car with a shop and always hope the shop treats my car, like it's their own. I know Anan had that mindset bc of the outcome of the installation! Well done team and see you soon!! read more

Had Tesla Upgrades install a power frunk on my week‑old Model Y (Juniper). The install was careful and clean--hood alignment looks perfect, and I can open/close the frunk from the app just like the trunk. Tony walked me through the emergency frunk release in case of a power loss, showed how to turn off the chime, and set the open/close speed to my preference. He also walked me through a few future upgrade options; I'm planning a power roof shade next. Tip for fellow owners: before you go, ask them to show the emergency release and set your preferred open/close speed. Friendly, professional, and exactly the kind of shop I want working on my car. I'd gladly return. read more

Tony and the team at Tesla Upgrades are an awesome team to work with! Originally, I was going to get the powered sunshade, rear bumper sequential LED lights, and a small subwoofer package installed. After discussing their offerings with Tony, I decided to add the powered frunk, front bumper sequential LED lights, plus the swivel screen mount and a few more small LEDs. I'm so happy I added them all for a reasonable price in the end. Especially considering I was given a loaner vehicle for a night and all of the work was done in one day. From the quality of the installation, to the pre and post work discussions, I plan to go back to Tesla Upgrades for future work. I'm interested in their ventilated seat installs and auto presenting door handles with soft close features. Thanks again Tony and team! read more
