It was a Saturday, and they said they could look at my problem. When I arrived, the place was packed with cars getting serviced in bays and in the parking lot. But I didn't have to wait! The mechanic took my truck out for a test drive and then put it on the lift. They identified the problem and gave me an estimate. During the week, they kept me informed on the status of parts and said they would keep the promised repair appointment. They also kept the estimated price. So today I got my truck fixed. I was there at 9 o'clock, I told the guy that I have an appointment at 10 o'clock, would it be enough time to get it done?
