Last time they yanked out some customization without permission and never returned the part. Absolutely refusing to acknowledge any wrongdoing. Cars returned dirtier than taken in. Battery returned drained, they never recharge vehicles before returning the vehicle. I'm switching from Tesla to a different carmaker only because of this location. The worst service department. They do not answer their phone. They do poor work. They are slow non commutative. My car has not made it out of their lot after they completed my service because they have zero quality control. I have two 100K plus cars. This place makes me want to sell them and go anywhere else. I brought my model S in for repair due to a loose charge port magnet. When I came in to pick up my car it had a huge indentation next to the charge port and a broken plastic cover that houses the brake lights adjacent to the charge port. When I told Amanda (manager) that I wasn't taking my car home this way she accused me of giving her my car this way and if I didn't take my car off the lot I would be charged a storage fee. You can never speak to anyone from the corporate office. Needless to say I will never buy another Tesla! Next time I will get a Lucid. read more

I seriously had a great experience here. Joe was my point of contact and he couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. He kept me informed about the car's progress through the entire process. He ubered me to and from the rental car company and had my car fully charged when I arrived to pick it up. I just want to say a big thank you to Joe and his whole team. As for some of the reviews that were poor, I think a lot of the problem isn't with Tesla Syosset, but with Tesla the company. It's a pain to establish contact, but once you have a team member working on the car, it seems to me that it was pretty seamless. Again, great job Joe and team! read more

3 weeks to get the replacement part. Then another week of delays. So 4 weeks to fix a car that just suddenly stopped working. Disappointed but a helpful employee was kind enough to deliver the car to my residence after it was "fixed". Drove 2 hours to go get it today and it's not fixed in the least. How can you repair a car and not test it out to make sure the repair worked? I'm flabbergasted. Tesla should be ashamed of themselves. Makes me reconsider everything positive I felt about the car and the company. It's going to take a lot to convince me to continue doing business with Tesla. Update: Tommy was very helpful as was the Manhasset sales manager. Tommy made sure the car was immediately attended to after I explained it had not been fixed the first time and after diagnosis he notified me that they had initially missed a damaged pipe. They promptly fixed the issue and delivered the car to me. Can't make up for the 30+ days of non use but it helps. read more

I do not trust this Syosset service center. I brought my car in for repair October of 2021 because of no A/C. Refrigerant leaked out but the tech couldn't find the leak so he put in some dye. Come June of 2022, brought my car back due to no A/C and this time tech found the leak and problem solved. Or so we thought. We're out $6** at this point to fix this problem. It's now August, during the hottest summer months and still No A/C. Brought my car in again and this time they just went too far. I was quoted $1,8** to fix the same problem. Again charging for "detecting refrigerant leak" for $4**. When I brought it to their attention that I had paid for "detecting Refrigerant Leak" in June so I shouldn't have to pay for it again, the service rep says "no it's for a different part, now the problem is the condenser needs replacing". The supervisor named Joe is never there. And this service adviser named Glenn was very dismissive and rude. I've had it with these untrustworthy people. When I brought my car in this past Monday to fix the problem once and for all, my car was still in the parking lot and the service adviser goes, "we found another leak in your car"...how? My car is still in the parking lot? Enough is enough. I told them don't touch my car and went to pick it up from the shop. On my way out, I asked how did you find another leak in my car if it was still parked in the parking lot and she goes, they have a computer in the back that shows where the leak is... It's your money, if you want to throw it away at this service shop. I'm just sharing my horrible experience. Not one person in this location tried to get to the bottom of the freaking problem. I am a hardcore TSLA fan and investor. But seriously, Elon, you must do something about these service shops and keep them honest or they'll drive away potential buyers in the market and long term fans. read more

Awesome People, had a humidity fogging problem with my taillights and they did a full swap with new parts. Terrible experience. I took my car in to this location as I experienced a lot of vibration. They did their diagnosis and upon pickup I noticed they put 5 dings on my car, and I notified them before I left the facility. They took pictures and everything. It was clearly evident that this happened from opening and closing doors potentially from parking cars too close to each other. 3 months of back and forth with the facility and they refused to fix the damage. This is the 2nd time this location has put dings on my car. The last time it was only 1 ding and I decided to live with it. This time it's 5!!! read more

Scheduled an appointment. Was told would take about 2 hours. When I arrived was told the car would have to be left overnight. Was given uber voucher for trip home. No loaner option and only one way uber voucher. Never got another uber option to pick car back up. Had a difficult time getting car back because the location is so out of the way. read more

I've had better service at vending machines. I was sold a defective vehicle. When I within 72 I got into service, my vehicle was somehow still attached to previous registrant, when my car was supposedly new when I bought it. No due bills were filed, no paper work or records were given to me. My car still has issues and I spent $130k on a vehicle that has major issues, from malfunctioning systems to battery life under 100 miles on a full charge. I'm embarrassed that I was taken such advantage and left with this joke of a car. Two new stations have already expressed interest regarding the experience, and I plan on exposing the scammers for their true treatment of paying customers. I use these guys regularly and I haven't written a review. But it needs to be know that this service center is terrible...I mean terrible. Not only do they do terrible service (over tightening wheels, not tightening control arm bolts, ordering parts for the car when the car gets there for a service that had been scheduled for 2 weeks) They used to be great when they would screw up, they would send a wrecker to pick the car up, or give a loaner. Now they don't do anything, they expect you to drop everything you have scheduled to bring it to them to repair something that should have been done the first time. The center never answers their phones and they blame their own manufacturer Telsa for the issues that they don't resolve issues, maybe they don't know to. I took car in multiple times for the same issues. Even the assistant GM is horrible!
