And from the moment I walked in, her bubbly personality lit up the place. I was having a less than perfect day & wanted her to realize she made a difference to me. Her energy was infectious, making the whole experience a delight. On a day that was too hot and way too hectic. I noticed how she made each customer feel special even with the line to the door. serving each customer with a smile as she was taking orders, and ensuring everything ran smoothly. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated and passionate about their job. I didn't get her name so I hope she sees what a blessing & inspiration she made to my day. Rhonda D

However, this is a job I can do myself to save a few hundred dollars, so I decided to do that. Once I had the parts and got ready to get started, I got the car up on stands...and discovered that the control arms are absolutely fine. No excess movement at all in the wheels, no play in the bushings. I even stuck my pry bar between the subframe and control arm right next to the bushings and tried to force them to shift out of place, nothing. Rock solid and no signs of deterioration on any bushing. Took it to Firestone and asked for an alignment, they came back in about 45 minutes with the report showing it was indeed slightly out of alignment... all fixed and resolved. Seems like just another predatory shop hoping for customers without any auto experience/knowledge they can upsell parts and services to. Watch out if you go in for routine services and suddenly find out your car apparently needs expensive repairs!

Aaron told me it wasn't under warranty and they didn't repair it because he thought it was done in previous accident. I pointed out my car had not been in a previous wreck. I don't trust them to be honest. An honest man would have told me he wasn't going to repair it when he did the estimated damage for insurance. So, I took my car from Classic Collison to another shop to repair what they refused to fix. Aaron talked disrespectful to me and should not be talking to customers. My agent said he needed to file a supplement, which he refused to do. I expect my car to be perfect when I pick it up from a body shop.
