We booked two rooms, but one had no working air conditioning, with 97° weather outside and even hotter inside, it was completely uninhabitable. We had an infant with us, and when we asked for help at the front desk, we were told no other rooms were available. So, our entire group was forced to squeeze into one room for the night. To make things worse, we checked in just before 2:00 a.m., and housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:15 a.m. because the front desk clerk checked us out 5 minutes after we arrived. The noise woke everyone, including our baby, after a long night of travel. I attempted to resolve this with hotel management. The front desk initially told us the manager would call us, but that call never came. When I called the corporate office myself, the manager argued with me and then hung up. Completely unprofessional. I've now had to dispute the charges with my credit card company because the hotel charged me for both rooms, including the one we could not use. Based on the poor service, unsafe conditions, and total lack of follow-up, I would not have anyone stay here! I expected better from Holiday Inn Express and IHG. I do not recommend this location. After reading several other reviews looks to be the MO for this location! RIP OFF!

I booked a non-smoking room and I was placed in a smoking room. The room wreaked of smoke, it was really bad. There were flies in the room and I saw a roach as well. I went to take a shower and the knob fell off. There's shower I had when I stayed here four years ago was a lot nicer. There's not much else you can to say. I usually have good luck with Wyndham properties, but not this time. My advice is to avoid this Super 8.

Breakfast is included and is typical buffet waffle makers, sausage Pattie's, bagel/toast/muffin selection, instant oatmeal was awesome choice, hard boiled eggs, yogurt and cream cheese selection, scrambled eggs or this location offered round cooked eggs to make a breakfast sandwich easier, loved that! Lots of coffee and hot water for tea. No hot chocolate sadly. And bigger hot cups would be appreciated. Would be great to have non dairy options. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

As I was setting GPS for the hotel, our girl called with a crisis so we over shot the exit by 30 minutes. When I called to explain why the request to cancel, they said No. They made us choose to pay for the room we won't use or turn back around bc it wasn't within the 24 hour cancel policy! THAT IS BAD business! The front desk woman said she asked the manager. MNGR said NO, she claimed and all she could do is apologize for them not cancelling the room due to the policy. She also lied and said they were running out of rooms and pushed to book- just to get there and see that was a lie just for the money. I am SO DONE with shady and selfish business owners like this. It has cost us, the paying customer in more ways than one to travel all the way back not to lose the money when I know they could have made a more customer friendly choice. We travel WAYYYY to much for this BS. Also, I turn my phone completely off at night. We missed breakfast due to the fact the clock in the room was an hour behind. We turned on the lights and bugs scattered (well those that could) because there were several dead roaches on the floor. Both beds had stains on the comforters, and the sheets and bed. Not food stains, but body fluid or blood stains. The fridge was leaking, and the floor was all wet. We weren't staying. We don't know how anyone could stay here. I wouldn't wish this place on people I hate. So, we grabbed our stuff (still packed) and left. We stopped at the front desk with the key and told them that we wouldn't be staying. It wasn't a place for our children. It was dirty, disgusting. Just horrible. The front desk person apologized and told us because we went through Expedia, to contact them and we WOULD GET a full refund (which was a lie because the manager said "not happening.") So, in closing, and in my most honest hope and opinion, this place should be shut down by the Arkansas Board of Health, then burned down. I'd give it a 0 if I could. DONT. EVER. STAY. HERE.
