The second time I had a broken drivers window replaced. Later, I noticed my passenger side sensor light was on, so I took it to my local dealership and turns out safelight forgot to plug my sensor light back in. So, The jeep dealership fixed it. I didn't take it back to safelite because I am not a mechanic and had no way of knowing these 2 things were related. Safelite refused to reimburse me per Will Seratt the manager. He said he was told by their main manager Tim Foreman that I should have brought it back to them. I want to warn you to beware. They didnt reimburse me based on a technicality in my warranty which states I have to take the problem back to them. So instead of being out $500 unexpected dollars, I am out $700 dollars because they were incompetent and didn't plug back in my sensors. I am not happy. I feel like they should have paid my bill at the dealership. I will not be using them again. Just beware, it's all fine unless you have a problem, and then it's not because they Do. Not. Care.     Would not recommend this place to anyone. 2 wasted trips, from an hour drive away. First trip was…read moreto get a new windshield, they said the windshield was broken they received (never called anyone), second trip was to calibrate the windshield, because they needed to "update software" and were not able to do it the day they installed the windshield. Third trip was to do the actual calibration, they were to update their software and make an appointment for us to come back. Showed up for that appointment to NOBODY EVEN AT THE DAMN SHOP. Called the number left on the door and was told they "Were not able to update the software" again, NO DAMN CALL. I would NOT WASTE my time with this place, they do NOT value their customers time NOR fuel money. Ridiculous.

We dropped my car off on Friday to get my windshield replaced. Right before we left we noticed what appeared to be chips in the glass. We counted over 20 surface chips in the glass. Levi (the manager) confirmed these were surface chips & offered us $150 back or a replacement windshield. We asked for the new windshield. We dropped my car off AGAIN on Monday morning for the replacement. When my car was ready to be picked up they called my husband & let him know there were at least 10 chips in this new windshield & only offered to replace the windshield again. We took my car AGAIN today, Tuesday. My husband inspected the glass before installation & everything looked good. Well guess what?! When we go to pick it up the windshield has at least 4 chips in it... The auto windshield wipers are also not functioning properly despite the vehicle being calibrated after every installation. My windshield has been replaced 3 times in less than a week & they have not offered to refund us the full amount so we can take our business elsewhere. Levi was starting to get agitated & offered us no solution so my husband just left. It makes me wonder how many other customers have left with chips in their NEW windshield & just didn't notice. We contacted corporate a few days ago to see if they would offer us a solution but we have yet to hear back. Overall, a very unprofessional company & experience but I guess that's what we get for giving our business to a franchise. I've been referred to Mr Auto Glass in Fort Smith by countless others. I will take my business there in the future.
