I had to ask the technician three times to continue vacuuming, and he still left behind visible shards. The only response to our inconvenience was a technician's fee refund and an offer to clean up the glass (which we already cleaned up) Unfortunately, a week later, we continued to find glass, including a lot inside the vehicle right next to where the window broke. Any component employee would have noticed this. I requested a follow-up and asked to speak with a supervisor. No one has called me back. This was a major inconvenience, handled with a lack of accountability. We expected far better from a company that markets itself as a trusted name in auto glass repair and will no longer use or encourage others to use their service.
