I had to take my car there at the request of the motorist's insurance company who hit me. After my car was in their shop twice over a two week period, it was still not correct. I even left a written list of repairs that needed to be made at the second visit to their shop to ensure they addressed everything and they still did not make the necessary repairs. But overall it was a mutually beneficial experience. Our experience today was beyond merely unprofessional. We were called to their shop to discuss a vehicle that was in for a relatively simple paint job. Turned into a verbal attack complete with very foul language and a variety of accusations, a demand to leave the premises or leave enforcement would be contacted, threats to "undo" the work that had been done if the truck was not removed immediately AND a hefty bill for work that was nowhere near complete. NOT acceptable under ANY circumstances. Shameful behavior.

Later I noticed the sanding scratches which he agreed to fix but was always too busy. About a year to year and half later we discovered water in her floor board after a very hard rain. And the clear coat started bubbling up. Since then the leak had gotten more frequent and worse but we could not find it and the clear coat had started peeling a lot! After a small parking lot accident I decided to go elsewhere for repairs. The gentleman found the issue with the leak within 5 minutes. They had forgotten to tighten the antennae on top of the car and just put some clear silicone around it!!! I have had to have the headliner replaced and the entire interior cleaned to get rid of the mold!!!! AND they did not replace the skin on the top of the car as I was told! I called The Car Clinic around 10:30 AM on a Monday and asked how much they would need to replace a…read moreburned out headlight bulb on my 2003 Toyota Tacoma. The person who had answered the phone asked me to hold while they looked up the cost of the bulb. After a minute or so they came back on the phone and told me that it would cost $15. I had already priced the bulb at 2 different auto parts stores and knew that the bulb would cost me around $13. I thought that $15 for the bulb installed was a great deal. I asked them when could they get to it and they said that afternoon any time after 1 PM. I arrived at The Car Clinic around 1:30 PM and by the time that I had parked next to the shop door a man was standing in front of my truck with the bulb. Within 5 minutes he had installed the bulb and when asked told me that I owed him $15. I paid him and left very happy to have found a auto repair shop that took care of what I needed for a very fair price. Highly recommended.
