The fuel station requires that you are a member of the Sam's Club, but if you are expect to save considerable dollars and cents over other fueling stations in the area. We have really become spoiled to not even having to touch the pumps for payment, as the site has touchless payment options using the Sam's Club app or your Smart phone. This is our favorite place to fuel up in Portsmouth.
