It's a great exit for lots of reasons and now you know some of the reason we like this exit!

The…read moreolder lady not sure of her name, shorter lady with bleach blonde hair, has painted on eyebrows. She is terrible to other employees as well as customers, she will stand and talk to one customer for a very long time about anything just to avoid helping the other customers, running the other worker to death back and fourth from register to counter. Then if you ask for help she acts like you're out of line and will huff and puff and be very rude to you and if she has to show you where something is she smacks the counter then walk real slow like you have seriously inconvenienced her! I don't like to go shopping in Fort Smith Joann's if I see her working I will leave.

I love their Disney section and their fun gifts although they are quite pricey. They always have a great clearance section too. The coffee shop, Joe Muggs, wasn't as great though. They have changed their menu and no longer have Italian sodas which was a bummer. They did have fun literary themed drinks this visit like Butterbrew from Harry Potter and The Red Queen from Alice in Wonderland, which we tried and liked. My husband thought the brewed coffee wasn't great (lacked flavor and scorching hot) and they had no milk or cream avail on the condiment station. I do wish BM offered a kids program or free rewards program like Barnes and Noble. Most of their discounts seem to be for online or for their paid membership.
