The jeweler cleaned the diamond for me too! What a difference it made! I told Cory it was more sparkly than when I received it from my fiancé. Almost looked like a different ring due to the sparkle. I expected them to need to keep my ring overnight or for awhile. Cory was able to have it completed in 2 hours while I was in town being fitted for my wedding dress. We had a big ice storm on the way and he didn't want me to be without my ring too long. This was awesome! My ring was not purchased from the Diamond Center but the staff treated me like I was a frequent customer. They were so kind. I really appreciated their services since I live an hour away from their location. I will be going back when I need jewelry!

I love their Disney section and their fun gifts although they are quite pricey. They always have a great clearance section too. The coffee shop, Joe Muggs, wasn't as great though. They have changed their menu and no longer have Italian sodas which was a bummer. They did have fun literary themed drinks this visit like Butterbrew from Harry Potter and The Red Queen from Alice in Wonderland, which we tried and liked. My husband thought the brewed coffee wasn't great (lacked flavor and scorching hot) and they had no milk or cream avail on the condiment station. I do wish BM offered a kids program or free rewards program like Barnes and Noble. Most of their discounts seem to be for online or for their paid membership.

I spend thousands at Talbots per month and this is how I am treated. DO NOT buy stuff at the store as they will make you feel horrible if you have to return something. When you call the store to talk to the manager about the issues she won't take the time to speak with you and she will make you feel bad about calling and WON'T have your back.
