I have been a customer at this location for years. This is the first time I have been told an item is not on sale when it was clearly marked as being on sale. I found the cashier, Angela S working as cashier as one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with at this location. She was not helpful but instead obstinate. She told me to could go check the price myself. Not at all what I have come to expect from employees at Hobby Lobby. She was the reason I didn't buy more and will consider taking my consistent business elsewhere. I can order online and not need to deal with attitude like hers. Clearly she is in need of training or another job entirely where she does not come in contact with paying customers. Employees like Angela S are those that ruin good businesses. read more

Overpriced but you knew that coming in. I'm surprised online shopping hasn't killed these places. I'm glad about that because sometimes it's nice to browse and get ideas. The sale people leave you alone and let you look around in peace. However, if you need one you're out of luck. Most of them don't know squat about what they're selling. read more

Oh how I love this store! We were just in there this afternoon and found everything we needed as well as several things I didn't know we needed until we found it and it was on sale! Lol. I love when that happens! This is my absolute favorite store and it's always a special occasion when we go there. I could literally spend an afternoon walking around and looking at everything. Everything is clean and well organized. Women's restroom could use an upgrade. Employees are very friendly. I don't see many of them on the salesfloor to answer questions or help with locating specific items, and for those reasons I can't give 5 stars. read more

Lots of stuff, usual very clean and pretty well organized. Most of the staff is helpful, except for the nasty grumpy old lady in florals.

I shop here frequently for household décor and crafts. I hate that they close at 8 and that they aren't open on Sunday's. The employees are okay but not very knowledgeable or particularly friendly. Love the sales. read more
