It's a screen protector for goodness sakes. What does it cost them to repair it? $1 or $2? He did offer to allow me to buy another one from him, and pay for some extended warranty we weren't offered the first time around...I'll pass. All we heard during our first visit was how great their warranty program was. In fact, the customer he saw right before us today was just promised the moon: "If anything should go wrong, please bring it back and we'll take care of you."
