They don't care. It's not specific to one location it's the entire company. Chat transfers you and…read more'disconnects' you, the 800 number has no one to escalate to when problems arise, the store is barely staffed and you have to find someone that can basically place an order for you. We had purchased all new appliances for our home. Should be fun right? No.. late delivery, the installers broke the counter top and didn't secure the dishwasher or leval it correctly. All the GE appliances have broken in some way and that's another big problem you get to fix. The refrigerator died in a couple months and best buy did nothing but tell us to call ge even though we had total tech. If you need something and have no other options and are pretty handy here you go but they will not do what they claim past sell you something and try to get more money on 'warranties and services' they won't complete correctly. Trying to get the claim settled for the damage they did was a nightmare!! We had to call our insurance to get it covered. You basically needed a lawyer even though it was completely clear this was the installer slamming the old washer into the floor and countertop, this wasn't even a denial from the tech that did the damage, but still best buy and their insurance refused to call us back and handle the issue. I hope this helps someone out there.

Employees are involved in fraudulent sales in mobile department. If I could give -100 stars I…read morewould. Yesterday, On 10/26/2019 we were victims of fraud done at this location. We live in Nevada, this location sold 3 iPhone 11 and added 2 extra lines to our account. With a total of $6500 ish in charges and fees! After calling the fraud department which took 2.5 hrs on hold to finally resolving this 4.5hrs later I decided to Call the store and speak to the manager on duty named Stephanie of the mobile department. She said they have a policy to check ID for valid and legal transactions. Yet, they were doing a "courtesy call" to inform of us "attempted fraud" and all we needed to do was to verify the code that would be texted to us. They never once asked for our SS, or our AT&T passcode nor for us to verify the last 4 of our SS and to verify our address. Here's the thing! If they scan / check "valid ID" why did they have to go threw the steps of "fraud" sounds like an employee knew these crooks and was in on it to "legally" sell these devices to these criminals! A police report was filed, we attempted to get their district manager phone number but she wasn't"allowed to give that out" followed by "if she is willing to talk she will call you back." we are highly considering to peruse legal action and we will be calling corporate office on Monday.
