I highly advise that you go elsewhere for repairs. I had a horrible experience with customer service and refusal to refund my money for services that were not completed. After 3 WEEKS of waiting for a new screen to be mailed and installed for my phone, I finally took it elsewhere and had it repaired in 15 minutes. During the 3 weeks, the business was randomly closed during business hours, a damaged replacement screen was put on my phone, I was told another screen would be available by a certain date and it wasn't, phone calls weren't returned. If you're desperate, at the very least, DO NOT pay in full for any service (I did over the phone when I placed my order out of courtesy; was then told that a "no refund" policy is clearly visible IN THE STORE; why would anyone do business with a vendor who offers no refund?). The owner finally agreed to refund my payment in part after I disputed the charge with my credit card company. He has yet to do so, over 2 months later. My phone calls are still not returned.
