None of them were as unattractive as this one in the Temecula mall parking lot on the 3rd floor. I mentioned this 10 months ago and I returned to see that nothing has changed. I won't return to this place. There are too many others in the area. It's so ghetto dirty. No trash cans, So people dump their nasty garbage right where we charge. Horrible!!!

There are 3 on the side of Sam's Club and 1 in the disabled parking area. During my visit, 3 of 4 stations were seen to be operating properly. With so few stations to start and just 3 of them working, the line of cars waiting were quite long. Connection issues are also pretty typical to the Electrify America charging experience. Fortunately, I did not have any connection issues during this particular visit.

Recently had a return which didn't go smoothly. I presented my membership card and receipt to the representative, E. I had purchased two of the same item 6 weeks apart. I was intending to return the purchase from 6 weeks ago by presenting my receipt. E stated that the system was running slow and proceeded to do a manual return, which took some time. By doing so, she returned the recent purchase, which had a lower purchase price and lower tax rate (purchased in a different state). That was the whole reason I wanted to return the original purchase. E proceeded to re-sell my item to me at the correct sale price, but at a higher tax rate! While attempting to return the correct item, there were complications which involved a manager and time. All together I spent close to 30 minutes trying to return one item. Shouldn't be that way. At this point, not going to bother going back to discuss the tax difference. It was over .5%, which amounted to about $1. Sure wish the experience was better. Keep on Yelp'n!

Visiting wineries is a fun way to spend a Sunday in Temecula, yet the only down side is that the majority of wineries close at 5pm. The Peltzer, however, is open a bit later and usually till 7pm. I have a very nice time here. The two wines I tried here were very good. The service was friendly and welcoming. I happened to love the vibe and decor here a bit more as it was not all restaurant orientated. It felt more like a family friendly brewery where you can bring a board game and sip some wine and enjoy your time with friends. I would definitely come back to the Peltzer!

It's definitely an unusual spot for a Supercharger, but it's nice that it's in a well-kept gas station with a great snack mart. They offer a variety of regular items along with some exotic snacks from other countries. There's also a Wetzel's Pretzels, so I was able to satisfy my pretzel cravings. The location is very clean, and the restrooms were spotless--my girls were actually surprised by how clean they were. I had to remind them that this is definitely not your typical gas station restroom! The one staff member working there was super friendly, patient, and managing everything on his own. Overall, it's a great spot to take a break if you're in the area.

I was hoping we could check in early as we were so exhausted by the time we got there. I wasn't going to wait 4 HOURS to check into my hotel room. Again, the hotel was empty. They could have accommodated us, but instead they charged us an additional fee to check into our hotel room earlier. It created a bad first experience with the hotel. This place is CLEARLY not on par with the montage, Ritz Carlton, or even the Hilton waterfront hotel (montage is best). Those hotels go above and beyond to create the most memorable and pleasant experience for their guests, and that's clearly NOT what Pechanga strives for in my opinion. I understand the hotel wants to make money, but charging an extra fee for an earlier check in leaves a bad taste in my mouth and makes for an unpleasant first impression and experience. The restaurants and offerings were just ok. The spa had no availability (understaffed), and I dont gamble... it might be the ritz Carlton to those who live in the IE, but it's NOT... i was also double charged for drinks i did not order at the cove. MANAGEMENT: PLEASE RECTIFY THE SITUATION. It would be highly unlikely that I would stay here again if I had to be in the IE, and I really don't want to have to come back to the IE anytime soon. & again, Management: please fix the billing error i mentioned above.
