The location for this charging station is great... right off I-95 and only a few minutes away from downtown St. Augustine. However, charging capacity is fairly limited compared to other Tesla Supercharger stations. There are 6 connectors and charging works great if you are the only car, but charging speed goes down considerably when a few cars are connected. This station is located inside the Premium Outlet Mall, right behind the Gap store.

    TESLA Supercharger begins the Gap.

We had so many questions and they were knowledgeable and super helpful with all our needs. On the grounds, and in the sitting room, and dining area everything was beautifully presented. Our suite, (Saffron) was spacious and extremely clean. The breakfast time of the day was a complete joy. All four of us had different favorites from the array of homemade hot foods every morning. In addition, the fresh fruit and yogurt parfaits were also a hit. We were especially thankful for the gluten free options. The afternoon snacks were delicious as well. Throughout our stay, the pool was lovely, and the patio for dining and chatting were welcomed options. We never entered the little pub, but it looked inviting. Thank you everyone for all your hard work making our stay a wonderrful memory!

This…read moreinformation should have been given at the time of booking, especially since we booked directly with the hotel front desk! Nevertheless, we were dead tired and accepted. It was okay as the other 3rd floor room was vacant. Our room is very small. The main part of the house is charmingly restored. The front desk clerk is exceptionally accommodating. We loved the gift bottle of sherry and the exquisit aftrnoon treats. Having stayed in some similar antique bed and breakfast establishments, I have to say we were disappointed in the breakfast experience. The little buffet was nicely done offering a different breakfast everyday. Our day was egg-cup day and, ufortunately, it was quite dry. Even though the room was cute, the waitstaff was quite shabbily dressed. It distracted from the charm. Perhaps a nice apron would help. I think it's about a half mile walk to the famous, cobblestoned part of George Street. We got a free tram ride back. The grounds of the Inn are lovely and quaint. It's special to know you stayed in the oldest inn in Florida!

An honest review after living here for a few months. Great leasing experience. Overall, it's not a…read morebad place to live. You just have to reset your expectations. It's not fully open yet, don't expect it to be. The GOOD: It's a great apartment. like the layout, aesthetics, the neighbors. My experience has been positive with the office personnel. They are always welcoming and willing to answer any question. Quick to respond to calls/emails. Great maintenance team. I know others haven't had a great experience, but mine has been superb. They are terrific and friendly. Answers ANY question I throw their way, no matter how stupid the question, and I mean I ask some STUPID questions. They don't make me feel dumb when they answer. They have the rental/market room. Loads of quick essentials if you don't want to run to the market. The package room is good. They have a fridge for any packages that require refrigeration. Community activities. They offer a lot of activities each month. I am not able to partake a lot due to my schedule for work. But it's great that they do things. 3-4 food trucks a month, clubhouse events, contests, etc. Fitness center is good. Equipment is maintained, they offer cleaning supplies to wipe after yourself and have the movement studio. I'm looking forward to walking next door when Publix opens. Would love for them to connect the sidewalk so I don't have to walk on SR16. Controlling my lights and ac from an app is cool. The BAD and the just Annoying: It's a new construction build in FLORIDA on a wooded lot. There will be bugs. It's a fact. At this point I have had several types of beetles, wolf spiders, small spiders, tree frogs, toads, palmetto bugs, and millipedes in my house. All are harmless, just annoying. At this point they have names and are playthings for my cat. They do have pest control and haven't had a negative experience requesting it. Valet trash is not optional. It's an annoyance because I work 2nd shifts a lot and can't take advantage of something I am paying for. I find it annoying especially since I walk everyday by the trash area and just take it out myself. I do try to take advantage on my days off. No complaints yet about the valet trash company. Amenities are not "officially" open except the fitness center. While you are made aware that there is active construction during the tour, they do not specify that the amenities are not actually open yet, except the fitness center. There's been a few upset neighbors especially about the pool. It's annoying as I have never seen a worker "work" on these amenities other than the golf bay. You see this beautiful pool everyday that you can't use. Internet is an issue. You pay $75 a month (mandatory fee) and it's very spotty. Doesn't work inside my unit very well and after having multiple calls with AT&T, it's still not better. This is a common complaint from neighbors as they have had to call also. However, for those that it works properly for, they love it as it works anywhere on the property. Welcome mats are not welcome. The rule changed after moving in. I complied with it. Several new neighbors moved in after the change and had them out for over a month. I put mine back out- immediately office sent communication saying to remove them. The walk off mats they provide at the entrances of the buildings are the cheapest ones and don't really do much of anything to stop the debris. I am sweeping multiple times a day and it's become REALLY annoying. I know it's an odd thing to be annoyed at, but I really HATE sweeping so much and I have pets so they drag in everything. Keyless entry. It's my first time living in a place that is keyless. It's okay, just not my thing. Others love it. I have to constantly remember my phone and if not, then I have to call a neighbor to let me back into the building. Maintenance has done this for me a time or two also when they are walking by. The office team is good at communicating. However, much of the communication is the standard "when we know you will know or waiting on word from construction." It would be nice if construction was a little less worried about building 3 new buildings and finish the amenities for the current one. But I'm assuming that's the leasing offices don't control this. It would ease their complaints if they could. The traffic. I am a local and know what the traffic can be like on SR 16. To exit the property can take a long while sometimes. This is normal for the area. The construction on the intersection at 16 & 95 has been going on for 10 years. It will be going on for many more. Learn the area you want to live in before you move in and complain about it. The office has nothing to do the traffic in the area.

Its not even smooth surfaces he said they dont do sanding .... i HAVE to retexture my wall myself Fine i get it but the guy who cut holes in our walls 2 yrs ago to instal caneras did a better mudding/fill job than this guy. Ill be going through all camera footage as ive already seen he's hit my wall with our metal ladder too many times to count yesterday and now i get to finish and fix his poor filling job on ALL cut outs in my home MYSELF. Ill post videos if i can when i download them. It was excuse after excuse on MULTIPLE THINGS. Pitiful and yes my husband agrees! I atleast was taught how to use mud fill it and SMOOTH it out . Scott said they only do rough patch no sanding but all other customers are happy with it.... really??? I highly doub it!.... i hope his wife would be happy with this final product in THEIER home if they wer3 just a customer because its not GOOD BUSINESS and now we are telling our neighbors not to use them! Nice guy at 1st til confronted but very very condiscending today and knew he was but so glad i have it on audio from my hall camera. nobody would be happy with this so called fill in the holes and cracks. My husband has severe back problems and dr visits and cant be home 100% of tge time besies im not dumb or new to patchwork as we had to when we sold our old home and yes I A FEMALE DID IT! Needless to say we waited to see if he would do better yesterday or but Today it got worse. This is the "owner" lol thats pitiful and NOT WORTH OVER 1600 when im gonna spend even more to fix it what he shoould have done because noe even holes or screws are fully covered still indents around his cut outs and the filler isnt smooth at all and then texture it again myselfi can do that!! Very very disappointed!!!!.... im glad i have cameras in and outside my home GARAGE INCLUDED These pictures are from the 3 total visits hes made and WE WILL NOT ALLOW A 4TH!!!....sure things work but I mean for 1600 plus no i should not have to do this bull myself. If my husbands back wasn't so messed up and dr appointments and physical therapy and chiropractor he'd be here the whole time every time. I do have a few pictures as well text message wise to show other inconsistent information. His "clean-up " is a joke he got mud all over the picture I has specifically made by an artist of our deceased cat for my husband and the only thing that looks good is my daughters chandelier in her room but we found mud on it too now. Its poor service on the tail end and im WAITING on the desk faceplate that will hopefully be given to me as its already paid for as we paid Scott in full now. Yup gotta wait for drake customer service and blah blah blah. Look we all have real life problems but there are so many in consistency with what he said yesterday and today . I see why only 17 reviews and very little reviews elsewhere now. Its ridiculous! Scott set the price added on more fine I get that BUT if I knew my walls and all the holes would look like this when finished ummmmmm no. There's no way other people can be happy with this type of "rough patchwork " id like to see those pics. So if you have a simple project they might be ok if its more than a light then PAY THE EXTRA $$$ . I really dont care what his responses are as i have proof of poor execution and im not a young dumb woman or anything. I was an army brat im not incapable of doing things. A blind person could have done this patchwork better than he did! No i dont want Scott back in my home EVER. I feel sorry for people who hire him and HOPE they see this and my pictures! Good luck everyone just pay the extra $!!! highly highly do NOT recomend ! I'll add more pictures today!

Their first available appointment was a week out, probably because they are the ONLY electricians that actually answer the phone or return phone calls. Two gentlemen came out to my house and spent an hour or so checking each point in the current until they were able to identify the issue and fixed it quickly once located. All in all came out to about $100/HR. Both electricians were extremely nice, knowledgeable, and honest. I would use them again for sure.
