It took 5 days for them to get back to me after I called them over and over. Funally a woman calls me back tells me over $600. I told her to keep it. not worth it. she then demanded the title. I told her alls I have is a bill of sale....which is legal in Oklahoma. she hung up on me. the owner kept addressing me as "guy". What a completely unprofessional business!

So we did just that, well when we got there they didn't have the part so at that point we knew we were done driving for the day! Chris got on the phone with Another parts place about an hour away! Said he can get it here tonight and we could be back at 830a to get her fixed! So we stayed the night in the RV at a small hotel nearby that had a few RV spots to park! So 830 came around, Chris had us fixed in less then 2 hours! So thank you Chris we appreciate all you did for us as well Sparlings auto and parts store! What a wonderful small town you all live in

Phenomenal service - we broke down outside of McLean and they were there to tow us within an hour…read more They fixed our car quickly within one night and additionally helped book a room at the local motel for us. They also offered rides for food and to and from the auto shop to the motel because it was over 100 degrees F out. They got the needed parts and topped off our water/liquids and we were only charged $160 in the end. Great experience from a really helpful and over the top crew.

I can't say enough about Bob (the Founder & Owner) and his team! He picked me up on the side of I40…read morejust outside Shamrock around 8pm. Bob was prompt to answer my call and quick to arrive. His years of experience proved itself as he had no problem towing my vehicle and enclosed trailer to his lot. He dropped me off at the Western Motel and picked me up the next morning. He also helped me find the best option for service. The whole team was super friendly and completely accommodating. Although I was in a bad situation, I must say, I fully enjoyed spending time with these guys!
