If you are a Pampa resident, looking for a new car, I cannot recommend Fenton Motors and Juan enough. They made it possible fir us to purchase our very first Brand new vehicle, and pick-up to boot. August 17th, I had an oil change at Wilmes Chevrolet. During that time, I never received an…read moreinspection sheet, only a bill, and it was paid. Fast forward one week and one of my tires was leaking, so I took it into Billingsley Ford because they were the only shop that could fix my tire at the time. The service technician from Billingsley came out after bringing in my vehicle for a tire repair and stated that they could not fix my tire because it was already severely damaged. The technician showed me and my husband that there was damage to three of the four tires that were severely worn. I told the technician that I just had my tires rotated from Wilmes and the technician said that should have brought to your attention at the time of service. I called Wilmes and a gentleman from the service department pulled my file from that day and stated there was no inspection sheet for my vehicle. Later that week I contacted the manager Steven Gribble and explained what I experienced and his excuse was they had run out of inspection sheets. This is not okay to not let the customer know the current issues with the vehicle it came in to be serviced for. The wear on the tires was so severely damaged the in inner material wires were showing. This should have been brought to my attention at the time of service.

The car was towed to the dealership the next morning and immediately checked by the mechanics. Unfortunately, a part had to be ordered for the repair which meant we were stranded in Elk City for a day/night. The staff and management realized our situation and gave us a car to drive for our time in Elk City! I would never have expected such a kind gesture. These guys were great! The part arrived the next morning and the car was repaired within a few hours. We were back on the road by noon. This dealership certainly knows how to treat their customers even those from out of state!! Thank you Barber-Dyson--you're the best! Thanks for your outstanding service!
