Four Stars Toyota

Four Stars Toyota

I'm preparing to go from a party of 1 plus an 80lb dog to a party of 2 plus dog come October (my…read morefirst human kid), and I figured I'd probably need to upsize from my tiny Mazda CX-3 to something a little roomier. I love my little Mazda, especially the gas mileage, but there was barely enough room for the dog in the backseat. After doing A LOT of research I knew exactly what I wanted: a Toyota Tacoma 4runner, Limited, preowned. Because of Corona I did a couple weeks worth of online shopping and phone calls with dealerships all over the Texa-homa region, and finally set a date to make a round of appointments at four dealerships in one day with the goal of coming home with a new car. Four Stars was my second appointment of the day, and the last one I needed. I worked with Marvin Tate, and he was a phenomenal salesman. He actually listened to all my wants and needs, and he understood and respected my budget instead of pushing the most expensive cars on me just to make a bigger sale. He helped me find the perfect fit, then helped me work a great deal with the manager Dell Pauley before sitting down to crunch the final numbers and sign the paperwork with Gary. I ended up getting a great price on my 4runner, $3500 over the average KBB value for my trade in, a reasonable interest rate, an added warranty, and even some all weather floor heavy duty floor mats all under my original budget. I am extremely happy with the service and professionalism of everyone who helped me find and buy the perfect car, so Four Stars Toyota gets Five Stars from me!

When I purchased a vehichle from them they did 0 maintenance work before having me drive away, they also did not let me test drive they just jumped me into paper work and had me take off with the car. Whenever I asked questions about the vehichle I was told to ask another dealership. Please do not go here if you are interested in a car.

We have to turn it all the way to drive before turning it back to reverse, or it will keep on going back to park on its own. ) The dealer said it wasn't covered under warranty because of the debris There was a little dust - the car was pretty darned clean, and if that causes a malfunction, there is a defect. Their tech didn't even take it apart to check - he just looked at the outside. They gave the impression they didn't want to work on it because we bought it elsewhere. (When we called, they wouldn't give us an appointment after we said we hadn't bought it there, and they said to just drop it off next week. When we dropped it off, they seemed annoyed we didn't have an appointment (again, after they asked if we bought it there.) They let it sit for the better part of two days, no phone call. We finally called for status and they told us it wasn't covered. I took may car to another dealer and they fixed it under warranty with no issues. It took them less than 24 hours to diagnose, get the part, and replace the part, with text messages at each step. I had them send photos of the removed part (posted with the review) - no sign of any debris. I asked the tech if there was any possibility it was cause by debris, and he answered there was no debris. If you didn't buy your car at Wilmes (Altus AFB is right there - if you PCS'd in and own a Ford) take it elsewhere. If you did buy it there, I still wouldn't trust them. PS - I highly recommend Joe Cooper Ford in Yukon.

When I received the call 2/15/22 (after 19months waiting) about my Broncos arrival, Wilmes decided to up the price $11,000 overlords factory sticker and called it a "market adjusted price"! When I went to see the vehicle it already had a price that was $17,000 OVER STICKER "incase" I didn't want to take the vehicle. I feel like the custom vehicle I special ordered was confiscated to be sold to the highest bidder that doesn't want to wait like I did. So much for small town service Wilmes.
