Because of Corona I did a couple weeks worth of online shopping and phone calls with dealerships all over the Texa-homa region, and finally set a date to make a round of appointments at four dealerships in one day with the goal of coming home with a new car. Four Stars was my second appointment of the day, and the last one I needed. I worked with Marvin Tate, and he was a phenomenal salesman. He actually listened to all my wants and needs, and he understood and respected my budget instead of pushing the most expensive cars on me just to make a bigger sale. He helped me find the perfect fit, then helped me work a great deal with the manager Dell Pauley before sitting down to crunch the final numbers and sign the paperwork with Gary. I ended up getting a great price on my 4runner, $3500 over the average KBB value for my trade in, a reasonable interest rate, an added warranty, and even some all weather floor heavy duty floor mats all under my original budget. They can "never find" the paperwork for our included services. When my husband asked about his window-shield wipers on his Silverado, they sent him to a Ford dealership. I scheduled an oil change appointment and waited twice the time it would have took if I went to Walmart with no appointment instead. Everything is "contracted out", so you still need to go to other places to get things done. For example, I had a small rock crack in my windshield and had to go to a local window shop because this dealership doesn't do that. Overall, just extremely disappointing.
