August 17th, I had an oil change at Wilmes Chevrolet. During that time, I never received an…read moreinspection sheet, only a bill, and it was paid. Fast forward one week and one of my tires was leaking, so I took it into Billingsley Ford because they were the only shop that could fix my tire at the time. The service technician from Billingsley came out after bringing in my vehicle for a tire repair and stated that they could not fix my tire because it was already severely damaged. The technician showed me and my husband that there was damage to three of the four tires that were severely worn. I told the technician that I just had my tires rotated from Wilmes and the technician said that should have brought to your attention at the time of service. I called Wilmes and a gentleman from the service department pulled my file from that day and stated there was no inspection sheet for my vehicle. Later that week I contacted the manager Steven Gribble and explained what I experienced and his excuse was they had run out of inspection sheets. This is not okay to not let the customer know the current issues with the vehicle it came in to be serviced for. The wear on the tires was so severely damaged the in inner material wires were showing. This should have been brought to my attention at the time of service.

Because of Corona I did a couple weeks worth of online shopping and phone calls with dealerships all over the Texa-homa region, and finally set a date to make a round of appointments at four dealerships in one day with the goal of coming home with a new car. Four Stars was my second appointment of the day, and the last one I needed. I worked with Marvin Tate, and he was a phenomenal salesman. He actually listened to all my wants and needs, and he understood and respected my budget instead of pushing the most expensive cars on me just to make a bigger sale. He helped me find the perfect fit, then helped me work a great deal with the manager Dell Pauley before sitting down to crunch the final numbers and sign the paperwork with Gary. I ended up getting a great price on my 4runner, $3500 over the average KBB value for my trade in, a reasonable interest rate, an added warranty, and even some all weather floor heavy duty floor mats all under my original budget. I am extremely happy with the service and professionalism of everyone who helped me find and buy the perfect car, so Four Stars Toyota gets Five Stars from me!

When I picked up the camper, they washed it and all but didn't remove the stickers from the front nose cap of the unit. That should have been my first warning sign. I drove home 5 hours and upon getting it parked, went to remove the 2015 sticker that was on it. Upon removing it, I found that the gelcoat was damaged into the fiberglass on the nosecap. I contacted the sales person who said she'd have Tony, the owner contact me. I patiently waited and finally called several more times only to talk to Tony once and when he found out who I was went to "put me on hold" and hung up. I talked to Bridget who said she'd talk to the owners and have been totally ghosted to this day. I would say if you go to buy from them, be sure to check and double check it over for damage and consider a professional inspection from a third party.

Limped into Blair looking for a place to just park the trailer in hopes of getting it fixed on Monday.... Pulled in the parking lot of Blair tire and stumbled across the owner's son.... When I asked where I could park it that it would be out of the way he smiled and said just pull it through the alley and I'll fix it right now! Folks that's what Southwest Oklahoma hospitality is all about! These people are greatness! Anytime you can give them your business, you should do it!
