When I picked up the camper, they washed it and all but didn't remove the stickers from the front nose cap of the unit. That should have been my first warning sign. I drove home 5 hours and upon getting it parked, went to remove the 2015 sticker that was on it. Upon removing it, I found that the gelcoat was damaged into the fiberglass on the nosecap. I contacted the sales person who said she'd have Tony, the owner contact me. I patiently waited and finally called several more times only to talk to Tony once and when he found out who I was went to "put me on hold" and hung up. I talked to Bridget who said she'd talk to the owners and have been totally ghosted to this day. I would say if you go to buy from them, be sure to check and double check it over for damage and consider a professional inspection from a third party.

After arriving from Virginia for training at Altus AFB, Brad really helped out my family. First,…read moremy 2003 Honda accord's transmission shot itself while visiting Wichita Falls. Brad diagnosed the repair and apologized as it was so expensive to fix (it cost more than the car's resale value). Thus, I wanted to make sure our only car left, our 2008 Suburban which was having revving issues and an oil leak, was good for a cross country drive to Pittsburgh. Another place in town (not a dealer) told my wife it would be approximately $2500+ to fix the problem. Brad did a diagnostic on it and fixed several items that had actually been missed by 4 years of Virginia mechanics! Total cost? $189!! He could have charged half of the other quoted price and we would have been ecstatic, but he showed me the prices for the parts and the hours of labor done and how that was the only thing that was needed. When you look up "Honest Mechanic" in the dictionary, there should be a picture of him! A couple of weeks later, in order to replace the Honda, I bought a friend's 2008 Enclave which had been serviced at the local GM dealership. I took it to Brad who diagnosed MAJOR issues with the car that was CLEARED as "good to go" by a GM dealer!! He (again) was so apologetic and said, "buying this car would be the worst mistake you could ever make" and didn't even charge me for that diagnostic. Talking to Brad makes you think of great surgeons who've been to school for many years to get to know the body inside and out. Brad knows cars: foreign, domestic, old and new. He is an excellent mechanic and is PERSONALLY responsible for saving my family THOUSANDS of dollars. I am very grateful for his hard work and dedication to his customers. He and his team can find and fix the problem quickly and effectively for a VERY fair price and he's a great guy and very friendly to talk to (throughout my weeks of stopping by his shop I had a couple very pleasant conversations with him about our families). We were so blessed to find such an HONEST mechanic when we were in great trouble! Thank you Brad and Tripp Automotive!!

August 17th, I had an oil change at Wilmes Chevrolet. During that time, I never received an…read moreinspection sheet, only a bill, and it was paid. Fast forward one week and one of my tires was leaking, so I took it into Billingsley Ford because they were the only shop that could fix my tire at the time. The service technician from Billingsley came out after bringing in my vehicle for a tire repair and stated that they could not fix my tire because it was already severely damaged. The technician showed me and my husband that there was damage to three of the four tires that were severely worn. I told the technician that I just had my tires rotated from Wilmes and the technician said that should have brought to your attention at the time of service. I called Wilmes and a gentleman from the service department pulled my file from that day and stated there was no inspection sheet for my vehicle. Later that week I contacted the manager Steven Gribble and explained what I experienced and his excuse was they had run out of inspection sheets. This is not okay to not let the customer know the current issues with the vehicle it came in to be serviced for. The wear on the tires was so severely damaged the in inner material wires were showing. This should have been brought to my attention at the time of service.
