They are about average price-wise, but they do such great quality work on curved glass! The price, is great, for what you get in quality. The only complaint is that they do not have a lot of staff right now, and your order may take more than four (4) days to complete. So if you're in a big hurry, you might do well to go elsewhere in town. But if you've got time, they are worth it for regular cut glass!

I leave reviews when I receive exceptional or terrible service from a business. In this case, it…read morewas the ladder. I dropped off two plexiglass visors to be tinted. The employee made no mention of foreseeable issues with the job, except that the life of the tint may be limited due to the visors being made of plexiglass. I told him this was fine When I returned for pick up, the tint on both visors was speckled in tiny bubbles. Likely seeing my dissatisfaction, an employee in the back (appearing to be the manager) said the bubbles were likely caused by dust or dirt. I said that if they had told me beforehand to expect the visors to be covered in bubbles, I would not have had the job done. At that point the manager said, "Well that's an easy fix." and aggressively began ripping the tint off of the visors. With the visors now covered in glue residue, he muttered something to the other employee and walked away. When I asked him if that's how he did business, he told me I could clean the residue off myself with soap and water. Bottom line, if I didn't care about the quality of work or how the tint looked, I could have done the same job myself with materials from Walmart. I expected a quality job, or at a minimum a professional response to my understandable dissatisfaction with the job they performed. Had the manager simply told me that was the best they could do, and either accept the visors as is or have the tint removed, I wouldn't be writing this post. Instead, he through a tantrum and acted in an incredibly unprofessional manner that I haven't seen in a long time.

My only reason to give y'all 4 stars instead of 5 is the front desk lady - very strait forward, rude and not personable at all. Very aggressive with customers calling in. I personally had two encounters with her when I dropped the car off and picked it up and both times she was very headstrong and aggressive. When I dropped off the car she barely looked up and talked to me, then told me in a very condescending way to "park it wherever there's a spot" and When I picked it up she asked me to sign the paper 2 times in a 5 sec span, then a 3rd time 5 sec later said "the lines right there just sign it" in my response I'm reading over and verifying the details of what I'm signing first - please give me a minute" Other than her everyone else was super nice

Scott and his team are beyond amazing in customer service and overall service replacing my Mercedes window, they have genuine OEM glass, and option of exact size tempered glass. My window got broken into and it messed with the alignment against the window popping out, Scott and his team immediately caught it and went through my door panel to target the problem. They are experienced and trust their work. They also fix windshield cracks. If I need another window repair I'd go to Scott but hopefully my car doesn't get broken into again.
