Dear Eric, I am…read morewriting to express my disappointment with the service I received at the Tesla Upland Service Center. I scheduled my appointment through the Tesla app and arrived on time, expecting my vehicle to be inspected and repaired. Instead, I was told that the system should never have allowed me to schedule the appointment because the Upland location does not perform this type of repair. I was then directed to a third-party company without receiving any assistance. This experience wasted my time and was extremely frustrating. If the Upland Service Center does not perform this type of repair, Tesla's scheduling system should prevent customers from booking these appointments, or someone should contact the customer in advance to explain the situation. Turning customers away after they arrive is not the level of service I expect from Tesla. I have always appreciated Tesla's products, but this experience fell well below my expectations. I would appreciate an explanation of why this happened, what steps Tesla is taking to prevent similar situations, and whether anything can be done to improve my experience moving forward. Thank you for taking the time to review my concerns. I look forward to your response. Sincerely, Andrew Oum

This Tesla charing spot is always super busy and many times has a bit of a wait…read more It's always almost packed on weekdays in the AM when I go (~8am-10am) and especially on the weekends. Oddly some weekend mornings have been ok. The reason I am giving less stars is more so the caliber of Tesla owners who come to this spot. I get not all people who charge here are locals (I am definitely not, but come here enough to visit family and see the issues with this location), but man some people just don't have any etiquette, but also in combination of how the layout is, it causes so much traffic coming into the parking lot. It is too close to the entrance so the line wraps around towards the entrance causing congestion and to help elevate this, some drive around to the other side of the chargers causing confusion on who was there first and many end up cutting the line by going around to the other side. On a positive note, you can kill time by walking around the shopping area or grab a bite to eat or boba near buy. The down fall, is the reception in some areas are bad or goes in and out so I recommend to set an alarm (this is for both AT&T and T-mobile carriers). Overall: I do like the location, just not the layout. If you just plan in sitting in your car, many charging stations have opened up near by, so I recommend going there instead to avoid the chaos. However, if you do plan on shopping or killing time, then this is a nice spot to charge, but just prepare for a possible wait or get frustrated by people cutting you in line. It is a safe area, so that is another thing you can count on and if you really want to charge here, I recommend to come early early in the morning before things are open or late at night when things are closing to guarantee less of a wait. One last thing, if you come here on a busy weekend night, be prepared to have non EV cars park in the charging stations as well!

My friend has a Tesla and pretty much every time I'm with her, we have to charge the damn thing…read more.. On our way back from Glen Ivy Hot Springs, the Tesla mapping system brought us to the Chino Hills Mall. The directions (Tesla mapping) told us it was full and tried to send us to another charging location further away- although the system was faulty in directing us to the correct place in a busy mail- we finally found it next to Wood Ranch and it was NOT full. We found a spot and walked over to Old Navy and came back in 30 minutes and we were on our way home. I find no fault in this charging station, although some signage somewhere would've been nice. I can't stand the hassle of doing this every time we leave Los Angeles but that's the "Joy" of owning an Elon car...

Aaron did a great job, all on his own, and he did it all in one day. Not sure who got the city permits for us, but that was also fast, although it was not just one day. Now, I think my particular installation involved running a new line from a power pole, down to the building's meters. Then from the building's meters back up the building (new conduit tacked onto the building there), and overhead to the parking spots in the back. It looked like a big job to me. But like I said, he did it in one day, and he did it by himself! I got a nice rebate from Edison, and another rebate from the IRS. My particular installation was about $1400, I think, and the rebates were $800, I think, all together, at that time. Very nice.I hired this company several years ago. I now have to be at this location between 430-6am to charge without having to wait. This location needs more charging stations. Of the 3 stations one is ALWAYS out of order and sometimes even 2. There are at least 2-3 EVs queueing to charge, constant wait at all hours except for 11pm to 4am if that works for you. My experience this morning was painful where the charging speed maxed at 59 kW. Absolutely regretting charging here at 5am. The next EA charging location is 10 miles in San Dimas. That location has 350kW and waits too, but goes faster because of the faster charge speed. Add more stations at the Target DB. The EA app is not consistent with the reality of the charging stations. What shows as available on the app (for example station 1), is not operating in reality it's been like this For so long and erodes at the reliability of the EA app. I'm going to bet it's been called in already and there's a work order on it. It's frustrating for customers who see it. People back into the spot, going through the motions of connecting to charge, sometimes they call customer service, vicious cycle really. It's super frustrating having to troubleshoot but unable to connect (90% failure rate, it's rare). When in reality so many people have already done this, but the app keeps showing open availability. Someone actually taped a handwritten sign on station #1 that says, out of order. But of course someone else ripped it off, because they're special, oh wait they were not able to connect. Surprise surprise!
