I reached out to them at 9:17am. A few minutes later, I received an admittedly pleasant call from someone on their team based in California. We then proceeded to text from there, at which point I gave him my address and paid $130 to begin the service. At 10:41am, I asked for an update. At 12:57pm, I received a response asking if they could come sometime after 4pm. I agreed, and he said he would have an exact ETA for me soon. At 5:06pm, I asked for an update -- I got no response. At 6:57pm, I asked for another update. The exact response I got was: "im sorry lets please do tomorrow." I was annoyed, but I also understood that bad weather had hit my city that day, so slowdowns might be expected. I immediately responded and told them we need to schedule an exact window for my services to begin the next day. No response. At 8:11pm, he ignored my previous text and instead informed me that a driver could show up in "in 30 min." Given that I was told over an hour ago that they could not show up until tomorrow (to say nothing of the fact that 1) I didn't believe him, given our previous interactions, and 2) it would be almost 9pm by the time someone would allegedly show up), I told him that would not work for me, and that we needed to determine a window for service the next day. I offered any time between 8:30am - 11:30am. The only response I received to that text was "Ohhhh" So then I followed up again: "When in that window works?" The response I received was "Let me ask you do you need your 12v replaced?" No. I do not. At no point in our 12-hour call/text string did I ever say I needed my 12V replaced. I explained that, and this individual simply gave the message a thumbs-up in response, and continued refusing to commit to a service window. The next day, I reached out at 8:30am, asking where they were. No response. At 10:10am (more than 24 hours after this whole process began), I informed them that I would be cancelling my service and expecting a refund. Given that I was now fully convinced they were trying to scam me, I told them I needed proof of a refund initiation within the next 2 hours, otherwise I would file a chargeback as well as lodge a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I received my refund at 10:37am. The representative, when showing me proof of the refund, told me that they "had a driver that was gearing up to get ready, but there you go." Had there been clearer lines of communication, plans that didn't change, and commitments provided, I could have looked past almost all of the above. But the lack of responses/responses that didn't actually reply to the questions I asked, combined with an ever-shifting window for service that ultimately culminated in an over 24-hour-long wait for nothing, was just too ridiculous.

So my last review i hadn't made a decision on what company I wanted to install my solar. But after…read morea lot of research and communication with all the companies I went with Jeff's company. I can tell you that it was by far the best decision I've made hiring any company to do a job for me. I've was in construction for 20 years and am very piticular with how things are done and they were awesome from the start and now even after the install!!! I turned my system on but obviously I did something wrong because it didn't work, but I made one call and they came out the next day and it was working great. Everything i call i get an answer from my sales person or a call back very soon after. This was a big issue for me as every company but Jeff's took days and one weeks later to call me back. Only Jeff's salesperson was in contact with me everytime and everystep of the design and installation. So if youre wondering who you should choose for your solar company its Jeff's company!! They are by far the best company I've ever had do a job for me and HIGHLY recommend them to do your job. To the sales staff to the installers...GREAT JOB and God bless you guys!!!

I let JP Home Energy know and they did absolutely nothing about this other than say they would do absolutely nothing about this unless I pay Enphase $1000 to install a monitoring system that gave me the info I used to get for free.

Usually he stays at his sitters house but she was out of town, I called bouquet kennels and they referred me to Linda's facility. I am SO glad they did. Ripper was terrified when I dropped him off, but turns out by day one he was making plenty of friends and living his best life! When I picked him up, he was estatic to see me but when we got home he pitched a huge fit (in true beagle-mix fashion) and I could tell he was mad his weekend at canine camp had ended LOL. That was followed by a very deep nap, which tells me he must have had plenty of stimulation and playtime this morning alone. He is so content and happy. Their pricing is so reasonable, Linda is very experienced, and the whole staff was very polite. I'll be bringing ripper here again for all my future trips and for day care so he can get some play time in. If you have a dog that likes the outdoors, dirt, and running around this is your spot. It is doggy heaven. They also have misters and kitty pools to keep them cool.

My dogs got bored of playing with other dogs over time and I didn't use your services for a few years. Fast forward to today and my newest adoption loves spending time at her daycamp! He's stayed as along as two weeks. I've never once felt like I had to worry about my dogs and knew they were in great care with Linda and her team. She's a huge animal lover and well known in the community. Sadly, we recently moved and Dino won't get to spend as much time here as he did, but we'll still make trips every so often so he can visit!

He quoted a reasonable price and once I got back to him he scheduled the soonest appointment day & time that worked for both of us and handled the job. He gave me a heads up text to let me know that he was on his way prior to coming and was very polite and respectful during his work. We ran into a few hiccups because of the way the lights were setup, but together we brainstormed a solution that was the most cost effective and also made the most practical sense. While he was here, he also gave me estimates on a few other jobs that we'd considered. We will definitely be working with him again in the future.

I had a great experience doing the "Advanced Lapping" Day on the Streets of Willow track. I say "Advanced Lapping" day, because I have been through the other courses offered at Fast Lane and obviously keep returning. I have been to other Racing Schools this year and I have to say 3 things that really make your school stand out as being a superior school. 1) Track Time: What a great amount of time spent on the track. I can't tell you how pleased I was with your track time management. We as customers want to drive and learn from hands on experience, so we need to be on the track and not tied up in a classroom for hours. 2) Instructors: Your instructors were pleasant and offered up detailed instruction in order to improve as a driver and decrease lap times with accurate feedback. 3) Follow up: Most schools never follow up after finishing the program. I love the fact you take pictures and post them. I love the fact that you send a follow up email thanking us for our participation. These are so important. Thanks again :)
