It took about 10 minutes to finish the car he was working on and he took my car back. 15 minutes later he came out and told me that I had a tiny nail, causing a tiny leak in my tire, I was so relieved he was able to repair it before the trip. They cancelled the pick up 3 times before finally coming. Mind you this is a short summary of 6 hours of waiting and calling OnStar again and again. Barnes finally sends someone out to tow the vehicle with the wrong type of tow truck. The driver tells me he need to try to jump my vehicle but somehow doesn't have a jump box. He said he was going to run up the street to get a jump box. After an hour of waiting, I find out that they cancelled the tow again. I finally gave up and called Coastal towing. They were right over to pick up my vehicle. If you want to waste a day call Barnes. If not, call someone else. If you have OnStar and they say they are calling Barnes for you, demand that they call someone else or you'll surely be in trouble. These guys are the worst!!!
