We were told more then once it was sold and the deals were "a done deal". We drove 3 hours to sign papers and more BS was told to us that the deal fell thru. However, $1500.00 of a $3,000.00 deposit was kept by the owner who by the way, made a shit pile off of our final sale! We were told so many lies. A check was sent that went to the wrong address, then another was sent via Fedex and the envelope was empty (we thought that was a mean joke), after that a so called deposit was made to our account that also did not come to fruition. A wire transfer was supposedly done on a certain day and of course we found nothing. After way to many months, years, and lies, we are finally done with these people. EXCEPT for the fact that we now have to go to the DMV because they lost our tags that need to be returned so we can stop paying insurance premiums!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL TELL YOU ALL OF THERE PERSONAL BUSINESS OF WOES AND WHYS AND WAY TO MANY EXCUSES!!! STAY AWAY!!!

I don't even know if this will go through or not. Okay, so moving forward, this place is AMAZING! My partner and I have been looking for a school bus to convert to our home and found their listing. I shot them a message on Facebook and got all of the information I needed, and then some! When we pulled onto the lot, we were greeted by friendly staff. (Dylan rules!) Jay is especially knowledgeable about everything auto related, as well as being extremely charismatic. We weren't given the usual bs most auto places throw at you, just shown the parts we care about and even let us start up the vehicle. The entire team went above and beyond to get us a temp tag as well as help us move our school bus off of the lot. During the pandemic, it even meant more to see them always keep their masks on despite how hot it was outside. They took extra measures to elbow bump and hand sanitize everything. They care a lot and they will treat you right. I love them!!!

Literally the best experience we have ever had buying a car. I got to the dealer through ebay after…read moreI purchased a Kia Sedona for a great price. I drove down from NJ to he dealer in a rental car and the General manager HIMSELF, Jay picked us up from the rental car return which was about an hour away. At the dealership, all the paperwork and other things were handled extremely professionally and efficiently by Jay and his office manager, Heather. There was no additional fees thrown on us (like many dealers try to slip past you), and we were in and out of the dealership in an hour with our temporary tag and off to return home. Had the story ended there, this would have been enough of a reason to leave a 5 star review. Unfortunately, the car developed an engine issue and needed a costly repair. I reached out to Jay and even though the car was purchased AS IS, he said he will speak to his boss an see what he can do. In the end he sent us a check for a significant portion of the repair and reminded myself and my family that there are still dignified and upstanding individuals in this world. He could have easily said you bough the car for a great deal and it was As IS, tough luck, but he demonstrated that he is willing to go above and beyond for his customers. I recommend anyone in need of a car to check these guys out first as you will not be disappointed. Looking forward to sending friends and doing business in the future!

Instead of pulling us to safety, the staff told us not to return and to stay out in the storm. When we finally came back after 30 minutes, they refused any refund, not even for unused fishing gear. Safety and compassion were completely absent. Do not risk your well being or your money with this business. Their reputation looks good on sunny days, but when conditions turned dangerous, they abandoned responsibility. Never again.

Everyone at Bayside Jet Drive is downright AMAZING! Pre sales and after sales support can't be…read morebeat. Eric and his team including Sherri, DJ and John and all the other amazing staff members take the time to answer questions, offer training and guidance and offer the best technical jet boat advice. I've bought two Yamaha Jet boats from them in recent years (19ft and 25ft) and both purchases went without any problems even during the trying COVID times when boats were very hard to come by. Their no pressure sales, honest selling, complete transparency and fair prices will have me coming back. Service and parts departments are both excellent and for me, a newbie at jet boats, with tons of questions (mostly stupid but a few tough ones), they have ALWAYS taken the time and patience to give me expert advice and guidance. There was even a time, the weekend soon after I took delivery of my 2021 252SD in the cold winter months during the NFL playoffs Eric took the time to remotely help me on a SUNDAY when I was struggling to get the shipping cover on my new boat and could not get it to properly fit. Eric took the time, away from watching his team in the playoffs to answer my emails and guide me remotely as best he could. He even had his staff follow up with me the next day to make sure the cover was on and the boat protected from the winter weather. This experience spoke volumes to me. I felt horrible bothering Eric and his staff on a Sunday (their day off and family time) but I was in a jam and Eric and his staff took the time to respond in detail. That is how much he and his staff care about their clients. Minor problems will happen with boats but Eric and his entire team step up, stand behind their products, advocate with Yamaha on behalf of their clients, and help diagnose and fix the problem in a very timely manner. I'm actually a few hours from their dealership location so while I've bought my two boats from them I haven't yet used them for service. I've done some minor service on my own and when I've had questions they have gladly helped me at all times. One last thing.... As a newbie with a family of five we bought a 19ft first to get our feet wet and see if our family loved boating. Several months in and we decided yes we loved boating and that we actually wanted to upgrade from a 19ft to a 25ft. We called Eric and discussed our options. He was honest and told us don't trade the 19 ft boat in, he advised us to sell it privately and given COVID we were very fortunate to recoup what we paid for the 19ft boat. Again Eric who could have taken the boat on trade in and made some profit on it, instead gave us honest advice once again putting the client first. We followed Eric's advice and sold our boat in a few days privately and bought our new 25ft from Bayside Jet Drive. It was delivered a few months later even with Yamaha's COVID production delays and we love it!!! I have nothing but 5 star positive comments for Bayside Jet Drive in Berlin, MD. Give them a call if you need a boat, service or parts and give them a chance to earn your business. You will not be disappointed. Eric and the entire team: thank you VERY MUCH from our entire family.

Bayside Jet Drive Canvas & Upholstery…read more I already knew that the crew of Bayside Jet Drive Canvas & Upholstery did good canvas work when they made a perfect-fit Bimini top cover for my pontoon boat. This year, after the sun had taken its toll on the 13 year old seams of the boat's upholstery, it desperately needed maintenance. I visited J.R. at Bayside Jet Drive Canvas & Upholstery in their new shop in Showell, MD to see what could be done for my upholstery. They considered my photos and a sample seat cushion, and suggested that I bring my boat into their shop so that they could make a more complete estimate. I told them that I had no trailer and that the boat was due to shortly be picked up by a local marina for winter storage. J.R. not only offered to bring the boat to their shop on their trailer for an estimate, but then to deliver it to my marina for storage when they were finished. They gave me a reasonable estimate to reupholster the damaged seats. Then they scheduled and completed the upholstery in a few weeks. It looks great. They also coordinated with the marina and delivered the boat for its winter maintenance and storage. I am impressed. The upholstery material they used is premium quality, sun resistant, and little of the new stitching is where it will not be exposed to direct sunshine. It looks better that when I first bought the boat. I am thrilled with the appearance and workmanship demonstrated by Bayside Jet Drive Canvas & Upholstery.
