Heard nothing from them for two weeks then got a call saying it was too dirty to work on...........duh, you postponed me so I used it after I'd thoroughly cleaned it for your......charged me $125.00 to wash it!!! 5. Heard nothing for another week, called them, was assured it was coming in the next week to work on and be done end of next week (already well over a month after it was originally scheduled for the work.)!!!! 6. Heard nothing, called the end of that next week was assured it would be done next week. 7. They called and said the easy work was done like tune up but the upgrades were probably not going to be done as the bolts were rusty!!! I blew up.......told them the easy work was supposed to be done after the upgrades, not before. They said they'd do the upgrades but it would double their estimate......I said "whatever, just get the the d*^m thing done. 8. Went to pick it up, one of the upgrades was a new skip plate system. They handed me a big box of parts they said didn't fit my machine and sent me off. 9. Turns out they'd only installed 2 of the 5 sections they were supposed too. I had to install the other parts!!!! Their excuse............they work on 7 different models and sometimes they don't see each model often enough to remember what they're working on!!!! SO SAD!!!!f In the end I got it back 2 months after it was originally scheduled and cost me twice as much............NEVER AGAIN.

When I called him to ask him about the status, he said he would have to make some inquiries. I then heard from the guys I ride with, that know him, that he complained about me calling all the time, blah, blah. I called only once, he aligned the expectation, and did not meet it, and then complained about me to my friends about something that never happened. With that said, the work on the bike was fine, but the professionalism was non and customer service was non-existent. Apparently, he likes to make up stories. I recommend ACE in Millsboro.

From the moment I walked in the door, he greeted me with a big smile, shook my hand and thanked me for coming buy. I planned on changing up my riding style from a sport bike to more of a traditional cruiser style. Eric walked me through every option with absolute enthusiasm, and a wealth of knowledge. This guy loves what he does, and he's great at listening to what you want, and helping you find what you need. He explained how he started off on sport bikes and how he transitioned to harleys and which bikes he did it on. This gave me great perspective and made me feel confident in my decision. Not only did I get the best price for the bike I wanted, I knew that everyone appreciated me coming to them instead of anyone else. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful. Marcus the Finance Manager took his time, got me the very best option for my loan, and I couldn't be happier. Kat in apparel was warm, and bubbly as she helped me pick up all the new gear I needed. Michelle in service was making me laugh the entire time while I picked up a few accessories for my new bike. This whole crew is amazing. The energy out of this dealership is like nothing I've ever experienced before. They have my business for life.

Don't go here for repairs. I had a nightmare experience. The owner comes across as a friendly…read moreguy, and i'm sure he is, but this scenario would tick off any customer: It took him two weeks to admit he could not do a job, and he ruined an expensive part, for which I was not refunded. He fully refunded me $89 in labor charges for a botched tire replacement on my motorcycle, but the process was very frustrating, took four visits, and he damaged the rim. I lost $217.32 on the transaction, and two weeks of use of my bike. For what was a simple tire replacement. I had to schedule two weeks ahead. He popped two tubes and had to order more online. He left a voicemail complaining about the amount of time he spent "on this fucking bike." He attempted to return the bike to me with a lop-sided seated tire. Meaning he didn't even test ride it. I got over 25 mph and it felt like the tire was square, and went back to the shop irritated. He kept it another week and never called me. I returned and took back the bike, still not fixed. I understand this was a smaller, foreign motorcycle but it's a simple job. A Yamaha XT250 is one of the most basic bikes in existence. He blamed the brand new tire, the tire size, the tire seller. I'm currently riding on it, and it's fine. The second shop completed the job in less than one hour, but only after discovering that he had chipped and bent the rim trying to seat the tire by pounding on it and wedging screw drivers into it. I had to replace the rim. It showed his tool marks. Which is why I'm extremely ticked off. Save your time, go into Salisbury for bike work. Before committing, I asked for a written out-the-door breakdown from the advertised price. They provided a clear breakdown of fees, and we negotiated the final OTD number upfront. When I arrived, the price matched exactly what we agreed to -- no last-minute add-ons or surprises. As with any vehicle purchase, doing your homework and clarifying the full out-the-door price upfront makes all the difference to avoid issues. Charlie and the team were professional and thorough. They took the time to explain the moped's operation to my wife and me and even suggested having our daughter try helmets on locally to ensure proper fit rather than just selling us one on the spot. Despite selling much higher-end motorcycles and ATVs, they gave us full attention on a smaller purchase. On a Friday near closing, Charlie's team helped us assemble a hitch carrier on-the-fly when our ramp setup didn't work. They also followed up a few days later to make sure everything went smoothly. We negotiated fairly, the transaction was transparent, and the scooter was exactly as represented. Based on our experience, I would absolutely purchase from them again.
