I called only once, he aligned the expectation, and did not meet it, and then complained about me to my friends about something that never happened. With that said, the work on the bike was fine, but the professionalism was non and customer service was non-existent. Apparently, he likes to make up stories. I recommend ACE in Millsboro.

I brought this car to Salisbury transmission in the summer time of 2019 to get fixed. They originally told me I needed a new engine and the price would be around 2600 for it. I expected for them to look at the whole car and tell me what was wrong later down the line once the 2600 was paid they told me the transmission was not working and wouldn't kick into gears which we had to pay a total for the transmission of 3063. Then months after that, they tell me the transmission is out and that it would cost 3063 to get fixed. We pay that which was very troubling I asked if everything was good and even brought the car back 3 times because it was not driving right. Because I live in Fort Washington, Maryland but go to school at Salisbury university. They said it's completely fine, but I had a feeling things were still messed up. Later, I take it to the mechanic & he said they did a half ass job, they didn't put things back, had two busted axles that were leaking and greasy (that they never mentioned it and let me go home like everything was fixed properly). If it wasn't for God almighty I wouldn't have made it across the bridge safely and back home. THIS is not the place to go to find people trustworthy and worth your money because they are terrible and mechanic are not knowledgeable. I pray you guys read this review because if not you could end up just like me. They may respond and try to give an excuse or cover they tracks to pretend they are so good but they messed my car up and put my life in jeopardy going across that bridge with a car that was 100% to make it home. And that's why I'm writing this review; be AWARE who you trust. Im working with this company on handling the issues that has taken place while they are working on my vehicle. I will update my review later to see how they handle this situation.

On Saturday morning, my first day, I made a foolish mistake but Continental Cycles bailed me out. I filled my tires with air. Five minutes later, the rear tire deflated--psssssst! I did not bring an extra tube or tools. I read some reviews on YELP and came up with Continental Cycles in Ocean Pines/Berlin area. I removed my wheel, hopped in my car, and strolled in. I told the two men I recognize this is the busiest season. I showed them the tire and said I checked Zizzo online and it said inflation should be between 85 and 110 psi. I had filled it to 90 psi. "If you can help me, great. If not, I understand." The young man looked at the tire and said I over-inflated it. "This is not the original tire." (I had put fatter tires on for gravel). "The air rating is 40 to 65 psi. It's a BMX tire. If you leave it with us and come back in an hour, we'll have it ready for you. It will cost about $18." I was absolutely delighted! When I returned in an hour, my wheel was ready. I paid with a little extra gratitude. The older gentleman walked out with me and re-installed the wheel on the back of my folding bike which had been in the car. What did I experience? Two men willing to help which included efficiency and a great attitude. Also, I might say, a fair price.

Bayside Jet Drive Canvas & Upholstery…read more I already knew that the crew of Bayside Jet Drive Canvas & Upholstery did good canvas work when they made a perfect-fit Bimini top cover for my pontoon boat. This year, after the sun had taken its toll on the 13 year old seams of the boat's upholstery, it desperately needed maintenance. I visited J.R. at Bayside Jet Drive Canvas & Upholstery in their new shop in Showell, MD to see what could be done for my upholstery. They considered my photos and a sample seat cushion, and suggested that I bring my boat into their shop so that they could make a more complete estimate. I told them that I had no trailer and that the boat was due to shortly be picked up by a local marina for winter storage. J.R. not only offered to bring the boat to their shop on their trailer for an estimate, but then to deliver it to my marina for storage when they were finished. They gave me a reasonable estimate to reupholster the damaged seats. Then they scheduled and completed the upholstery in a few weeks. It looks great. They also coordinated with the marina and delivered the boat for its winter maintenance and storage. I am impressed. The upholstery material they used is premium quality, sun resistant, and little of the new stitching is where it will not be exposed to direct sunshine. It looks better that when I first bought the boat. I am thrilled with the appearance and workmanship demonstrated by Bayside Jet Drive Canvas & Upholstery.

Eric and his team including Sherri, DJ and John and all the other amazing staff members take the time to answer questions, offer training and guidance and offer the best technical jet boat advice. I've bought two Yamaha Jet boats from them in recent years (19ft and 25ft) and both purchases went without any problems even during the trying COVID times when boats were very hard to come by. Their no pressure sales, honest selling, complete transparency and fair prices will have me coming back. Service and parts departments are both excellent and for me, a newbie at jet boats, with tons of questions (mostly stupid but a few tough ones), they have ALWAYS taken the time and patience to give me expert advice and guidance. There was even a time, the weekend soon after I took delivery of my 2021 252SD in the cold winter months during the NFL playoffs Eric took the time to remotely help me on a SUNDAY when I was struggling to get the shipping cover on my new boat and could not get it to properly fit. Eric took the time, away from watching his team in the playoffs to answer my emails and guide me remotely as best he could. He even had his staff follow up with me the next day to make sure the cover was on and the boat protected from the winter weather. This experience spoke volumes to me. I felt horrible bothering Eric and his staff on a Sunday (their day off and family time) but I was in a jam and Eric and his staff took the time to respond in detail. That is how much he and his staff care about their clients. Minor problems will happen with boats but Eric and his entire team step up, stand behind their products, advocate with Yamaha on behalf of their clients, and help diagnose and fix the problem in a very timely manner. I'm actually a few hours from their dealership location so while I've bought my two boats from them I haven't yet used them for service. I've done some minor service on my own and when I've had questions they have gladly helped me at all times. One last thing.... As a newbie with a family of five we bought a 19ft first to get our feet wet and see if our family loved boating. Several months in and we decided yes we loved boating and that we actually wanted to upgrade from a 19ft to a 25ft. We called Eric and discussed our options. He was honest and told us don't trade the 19 ft boat in, he advised us to sell it privately and given COVID we were very fortunate to recoup what we paid for the 19ft boat. Again Eric who could have taken the boat on trade in and made some profit on it, instead gave us honest advice once again putting the client first. We followed Eric's advice and sold our boat in a few days privately and bought our new 25ft from Bayside Jet Drive. It was delivered a few months later even with Yamaha's COVID production delays and we love it!!! I have nothing but 5 star positive comments for Bayside Jet Drive in Berlin, MD. Give them a call if you need a boat, service or parts and give them a chance to earn your business. You will not be disappointed. Eric and the entire team: thank you VERY MUCH from our entire family.
