So, I had an appt. W/ SAFELITE AUTOGLASS to come to me. Apparently my new windshield was damaged during transpo. to the shop. No biggie... THEY WERE AWESOME WITH COMMUNICATING TO ME! Bridgett is who I dealt with and she was GREAT over the phone and in person. Truly cared. Once I got there I was thinking it would take forever, no real expectations. They proceeded to exceed any that I might've had in my mind. Workers were friendly and the manager was "hand-on" (forgot his name). I brought my Fiat Abarth to them the day after it was hit by a tiny meteor that left a crack in the windshield. They made no promises (lower customer's expectations) but the result was excellent. It was expensive but cheaper than replacing entire windshield. read more

Their website was the best I have EVER experienced! I was able to set up an appointment to replace my car's windshield and pay for the order online quickly! Our technician (Stanley) let us know when he was going to arrive and had the windshield replaced from start to finish in less than an hour, and checked in with us the next day to make sure everything was okay! Safelite replaced my Sienna windshield and used off market moldings. After 3 times attempting to get the moldings to stay in place, they are still flopping. In an effort to talk to someone, the recorded responses drove me nuts. Finally thru a text I was given a phone number I could call and a human answered!!!! I have many hours and miles wasted on this company and still have flopping moldings. Real low class treatment. Management needs to change their protocols. read more

I was given a 12-5 PM appointment at my residence to replace a cracked windshield on my F-150, but Dion (from Safelite) called and asked if he could come early. Great. I hadn't paid close attention to my GEICO rep when getting a new policy after moving to a different state, and realized I had a $500 deductible - I since changed that to $100. Dion arrived with my windshield and, because it didn't have a Ford logo like my original windshield (that can only be seen inside the cab anyways), the cost was only $278 for me. Great. Dion was friendly, professional and efficient; the only negative was his failure to reconnect my windshield washer dispenser hose, but that was an easy fix. read more

A rock kicked up from the road and cracked my windshield beyond repair. The day after taking the truck in to the Safelite shop they oBtained a replacement and installed in my garage within an hour. The tech even vacuumed my carpets and cleaned all my windows. This is my second great experience with Safelite. They replaced a car windshield in the parking lot at work at no cost to me. With the truck I had to pay only my comprehensive insurance deductible due to different rules in the state where this latest damage occurred. I would never think of using any other company for auto glass repair. They contact the insurer for you and expedite the process to get you back on the road safely. read more

Great service, made an appointment through my insurance and dropped it off, got a call about 3 hours later that it was ready. The gentleman who worked on the car was very polite he checked it and said he would have no problem putting in the new windshield after I asked about a couple of flat antennas on the dash. The new windshield is great no problems no debris on the dash he even replaced my oil change sticker!! read more

My complaint is ALL about how they remove windshields. I wanted my old windshield back. Their was only a BB crack in it. For $400 I was expecting them to use piano wire to cut thru the black gup, and give me an intact reusable windshield for later. Instead, they used a jackhammer knife blade to free the old windshield. the glass at the edges was all busted up and not re usable. And the new glass cracked up within a year. The national office was no help. sorry charlie. will post a better place when I find it. read more

I had a chip in my windshield and wanted to get it fixed so I went to Safelight. Right before they were going to start the repair they asked me to sign a statement saying that the repair was meant to be structural and not cosmetic, that they guarantee that it wouldn't get worse, and that the repair may not look any different after the repair than before. I thought about it, but figured I was already there, and so I signed the statement. Well, they were right; the chip didn't look any different after the repair than before. I did notice that I couldn't feel the chip; that area was smooth like the rest of the windshield. But I was disappointed that it didn't look any different. I should mention that I didn't see anything on their website stating that the repair was meant to be structural and not cosmetic. In the future I'd probably go to somewhere different for a repair like this, or at least check to see if the repair was not only structural but cosmetic as well. read more
