Because this was the second one I went to and the only time the guy spoke to me is when I brought my stuff up to the desk to purchase and ask a product question. I bought some wiper blades here but when I got home to put them on, the first one didn't work. So I headed back to the store and was apprehensive because I didn't think they'd let me return the one I opened, but he returned it without issue. Apparently they usually come with different clips to fit various wipers, but this one did not come with any attachment clips. I returned all of them since I didn't want to run into any other issues. I was surprised by the cost of the wiper blades (about $35 each for the driver and passenger side, and I bought a rear blade as well) and for that I decided I'll just let the dealer install them. It's less expensive to have them do it.

After maintenance, the car was sent to car wash and the car got "lost" and advisor spent 1hr finding the car and finishing the wash. Was eventually told that the car in the service line never got in the queue for wash. 4. Also noticed a wrong key was handed to another customer. Absolutely chaotic management and gross service. It's been 6 months since I purchased from here and I continue to love my new ride! Nate guided me, step by step, throughout the entire process. He listened to what I wanted and respected it. He was not pushy and didn't try to upsell me on anything. He is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. As everyone knows, purchasing a car takes some time. During my 6 month service I had Marvin as my service advisor. The process was easy and quick. I opted to grab food from their cafeteria and he found me once my car was done being serviced. Throughout my apportionment I was receiving text msgs and videos of the status of my car. I found that to be very helpful. Car buying can be challenging but Carlos and Nate really made this process easy and enjoyable for me. I'm extremely happy with my decision on joining the Lexus family!

Called auto glass plus based on the good reviews and they took care of working with insurance and gave me instructions on what I needed to do as well. They were able to have insurance cover OEM glass replacement which made the process smooth. The day of the repair I was running late and ended up being late for my appointment. Initially I was told I would have to rebook since there wouldn't be enough time for the repair. It was my fault, so it was fair, however one of the techs came in and said they might be able to get it done. I was thankful that they tried to work it out and they ended up being able to complete the work. So far the work seems good! The only issue was that the wiper arms were misaligned and were smacking the A pillar. I ended up adjusting it myself to fix it. TL;DR: Staff made process smooth. Tech made glass smooth.
